We keep are trash cans in the Garage and near the door to the house. She didn't like the way I was doing them and she seen the Company around the area. And we went with them. Like any company they had service issues but they are on top of things to let you know when they have equipment that fails or there going to be coming another Day. As someone who outsources as much as possible I'm surprised it took me 9 years to find a garbage can cleaning service. To be fair I haven't been cleaning them myself. In fact, no one has so our cans really needed a good cleaning. I signed up online for a seasonal service, which took 2 min. I received a reminder the day before our service that they would be coming (conveniently the day after trash day) and to leave the cans at the end of the driveway. They said they'd stop by at some point throughout the day. By 8am the garbage cans were cleaned and rolled back to where we keep them. I went to throw out our daily trash from our kitchen and for once didn't scrunch up my nose with disgust because the inside of our trash cans were actually clean. Well worth the time and $ ($11.50 for first bin, $8.50 for additional bins) and wish I had hired them years ago! read more

I used them about every other month until I didn't really need them for a while then I got a nasty little email saying they were going to charge me quarterly. They stated it was some kind of policy. I'm like well considering I never got to talk to anybody and all you do is communicate through email. I was not aware of such a policy!! again that's really crappy to do and if they're doing that to people they're gonna end up with less customers. I never knew the service was starting back up for 2024, until the day before it was going to happen, which is a little crappy of a notice! My garage got delayed being picked up so one one bin was ready to be cleaned, which they did. It was like new when they were done! Going to have the other done next month when they were in the area. Great communication. Efficient and thorough. Made the cans smell clean, which is a feat I couldn't accomplish, despite tipping the cans sideways and scrubbing with bleach water, then again with dish soap. Whatever they did, the cans smelled fresh. Will use again in the future. read more

I own a power washer...I own a power washing company. I've power washed my garbage cans a couple times but could not achieve anything close to what san a can delivers. Not only are they clever then new but smell fresher! The only downside is they do not operate year round. read more

The company's services were exactly what was needed to clean our large trash and recycling bins. The company also cleaned our smaller recycling bin, so the service was not limited to just large bins. Anyone who has trash bins knows the need to periodically clean the bins, and this service does a wonderful job. The crew came with their equipment and thoroughly cleaned our bins, exactly how it was described in the company's website and advertising. And, scheduling was very easy. I had already checked out San A Can online and was familiar with the cleaning options so I knew what I wanted (one time clean) but what was a pleasant surprise was learning that if I decided to go on a different ongoing plan, my purchase price would be applied toward the new plan. After placing that initial call, my cans were cleaned the following week a few hours after my garbage and recycling were picked up. My garbage cans hadn't been cleaned in probably a year or so and the smell could get really bad in the summer heat. After using San-A-Can the smell was completely gone and my bins were like new inside. Plus there was no smell of chemicals or too much lysol; there was just no smell, which I liked. The best part of this service though was the fact that my wife and I did not need to be home when they came. We both work long hours so having to be at home for a service like this is a huge inconvenience and not really an option. San A Can has literally been a savior for me! Yes I can bleach and rinse out my bins every quarter but why?? The 1st time I saw their operation take place on my bins I was literally like a kid in the candy store! Between my 2 dogs and the amount of garbage bags my family goes through weekly it was like watching a fire hose go through my bins!! Best part was the smell afterwards and how clean they were.. I almost didn't want to fill them back up for garbage pickup the following week! My teens take care of the garbage duty so I was not very acquainted with our garbage cans awful condition. When that odor almost knocked me on my butt and the sight of maggots turned my stomach, I knew we needed help! I saw this company in the Bartlett parade and I thought what a great idea! Then one morning I opened my can to maggots! Ew! So I gave them a call, my trash was being picked up the next day and they got me in! They didn't come till about 7pm but I was cool with that cuz I just got home from work and got to see them do the work. As a clean freak I'm super excited about my trash cans being so clean and smelling good! It was worth the money which price was not bad at all! I've lived in Bartlett now for 18 years and NEVER had the cans cleaned. Sure once in a while I would run the hose in them, but never thought about having anyone clean them for me, in fact, never thought there was any service like this until the 4th of July parade in Bartlett. Their prices were reasonable and they came to clean them the day of our trash pickup so it was easy. I was shocked how clean they came and now no odor coming from them. Why didn't I do this sooner?! I highly recommend San-A-Can. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. For the service you receive if it is well worth the affordable price. My garbage can smelled so bad that nothing I tried worked. The can is rented from my waste management company so I didn't have the option to get a new one.
