We had bubbles to our home yesterday. The arrival time was set for 8-10 am. The technician arrived at 11:00 and for our home the company sent 1 technician (the previous cleaning required 2 people) and the technician was here for 6 hours. Our windows have streaks all over and when I let my dogs out into my fenced yard I discovered that the technician had left my gate open despite signs alerting people to keep gates closed due to dogs. I called to make payment and was never asked how my service was and when I let them know the issues I had was coldly thanked for my information. I would not recommend Bubbles. read more

I've used Bubbles in the past, but was unaware just how inconsiderate and negligent their customer service can be when things do not go as planned. Unfortunately, while cleaning our front bay windows, the technician left two dents in the aluminum capping in one of the windows. My husband and I figured that the damage was caused from the technician's ladder when he moved it away from the house. Seeing that we just purchased the house and had before/after photos to prove that the damage was not there the day prior, I called to speak with the supervisor regarding the damage. Without sending someone out to inspect the damage, the supervisor decided that that the technician is not responsible for the damage, because it doesn't "look" like something that the technician could do. Both my husband and I were quite bothered by this comment, as the damage was not present prior to the window cleaning. Using our own ladder, I tried to see if the dents on the aluminum capping match the end of a ladder. Sure enough, the dents lined up perfectly! In addition to the dents left, the technician was also supposed to clean the tracks of all our windows. Instead of actually cleaning them, he just used a dirty rag to wipe them down. No vacuum or special equipment was used to clean them. For the price we paid, I would have expected a more thorough cleaning. When I noticed the dirty tracks in one window, I asked him to re-clean them. When I explained all of this to the supervisor, they offered a refund of the price paid for the windows ($200). She then said, "You received a free service and can now put that money towards repairing your window." That comment almost split me in two! I politely informed her that we did not receive a "free" service, as the repair will cost us more than $200 to repair. She argued that it would not cost that much. Seeing as she seemed so knowledgeable regarding repair costs, I asked her to tell me the name and number of a contractor that costs less than $200 for this repair. She then hung up the phone stating that she did not need to speak with me any longer since her technician did not cause the damage. As one can assume, I did not sit well with this response. I tried calling back to get the number of the supervisor's boss. The lady that I spoke with said that there was no number and that the only way I could speak to the supervisor's boss was by getting the number through her. I asked her if this seemed like the best way to handle customer concerns. She could not answer that question and offered to send me to the supervisor's voicemail. I did leave a message asking for the supervisor to call me back, but no attempt to call me back has been made to date. At this point, both my husband and I have found the names of two attorneys who helped start the company, but we have not yet been successful obtaining the corporate number. We've reached out to the attorneys, but have not yet heard anything back. Seeing as they're both so far removed from the company, we do not anticipate a call back, but we're hopeful. If anyone out there has that number, please write a review with that information. We are determined to ensure our voice is heard. After reading several other 1 star reviews, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to put an end to their terrible customer service. Gave advance notification when they were en route. the technicians arrived and did a thorough job cleaning our gutters. They even took video of the problem downspout showing that it was now running clear. Friendly, quick, efficient, and thorough, at a fair cost. What more could we ask? Will def use again! read more

This company has gone downhill. We had been using them since 2010, and this year when I went to set up my power washing, I was told that the service does not include fascia, soffits or outside of gutters. I found this odd because they have always done these areas in the past. When I questioned it I was told rudely that these areas have always been extra...yet I find it interesting that they did not include the pricing for what they now consider "extra" In the past the person always identified themselves but they just texted me and signed it bubbles team. I asked the name and my question was ignored. Also for this they want $100 more than the last time. I get that services change over the years but do not lie to me and say they never included this before when it's always been done. I've probably used them 8-10 times over the years. Anyway I will be looking for someone else to do the job this year. read more

We used them a couple of times and every time they didn't do what was requested. this last time they left at giant bag of what came out of my gutters behind my car and I hurt my back moving it out-of-the-way. then I get a message later saying they don't provide that service anymore and then just blew me off. Rcvd text that they would arrive with 30 minutes. 2 hours later I texted back and was told they are sending a different crew as 1st one did not want to do it. Had windows/screen cleaned the workers were courteous and did a nice job. They submitted a bill to me for $105 more than originally quoted. Same amount of windows and screens. Charged for a high window and for scraping. This was never discussed prior to cleaning. I would have probably accepted and paid for the extra but felt I was not given an opportunity to accept or decline. read more

They washed our windows and we were extremely satisfied with the job done. The windows were filthy and now they sparkle! My only problem was that I had scheduled them for a time window of 11-2. We were running errands and got home at 10:50, only to find they had gotten there at 10:30. We weren't home so they went to the next job and couldn't come back until the next week. If we hadn't been there during the scheduled time frame, I understand. But I wasn't happy having to wait a week because they were half an hour early. I will use them again. read more

While cleaning my gutters in November they broke a twig off one of my bushes to jam into a clogged downspout. They used leaf blowers and not water to clear downspouts.....their website says they use water to clean downspouts. It wasn't until a couple of months later I discovered during a rain storm one downspout was still clogged. When I contacted company regarding breaking twigs off bushes they offered no compensation. read more

Horrible customer service. Expect your quote to increase without any notice until the job is done. The didn't come during the slotted time. I wanted to Be home when then cleaned my gutters. They said They would come between 4-6 but arrived at 2 instead. Never used my hose. How do u clean gutters & downspouts w/ out a hose or water. Then they bill me $65 more for a ladder. I told them they needed a ladder for my 2 story house. I've never paid more than $150 fior my gutters and they Charged me $285. This company is a joke. This company is PHENOMENAL at scheduling your window cleaning but don't expect them to actually CLEAN your windows. And if you think they'll communicate like professionals you'll be very disappointed as well. I scheduled an appointment that had to be changed because of weather but I had to call them and they were so rude! Scheduled another appointment. It was rescheduled because of weather, but that was a little iffy since it would have and DID stop raining by my timeframe. Scheduled for this past Saturday. I was promised a 2 hour timeframe this time so that I didn't have to block out another 6 hours of a day. When they didn't show up 30 minutes after the promised end time of the timeframe (12:30) I called and was told they couldn't make it. A beautiful day! But alas, the window cleaner was busy at the house before mine and it would be dark before he could get to my house. Um, what? All the excuses in the book. It gets dark at 3:30. They don't know how many windows someone really has until they show up. They don't know how many window cleaners they'll have until that day. And then the woman was rude again. Just wanted to reschedule AGAIN. I told her that this was the THIRD DAY I had booked and I could have done so with another window cleaning company. All she could say is that she was trying to help me and if I just want to cancel ... I didn't cancel. They didn't show up! And I don't want to spend another day waiting. Do yourself a favor and call a company that has their act together, knows how to schedule and has enough people to actually do the work. Bubbles was good but had to come back for a second visit. I paid extra to have my tracks cleaned but they refused to clean my slider door track at the opening. After I complained they came back out to finish that. read more

We have used Bubbles twice now. The first time we had a great experience with our gutter cleaning. The tech got all debris from the gutters and placed it into garbage bags. He took the bags with him and we had nice clean gutters. This last service we received was a giant headache and let down. We asked for gutter cleaning and power washing of our home. This time instead of putting all the debris into garbage bags they dumped it all over the side of the house onto our grass and back deck. They then power washed it all into our grass and garden area in the backyard leaving it a MESS. They left all the debris behind from the gutters and our house looked messier than when they arrived. You could not even tell our house had been power washed. They also charged us an extra $60 for 2 small gutter guard on the one part of our home. We did not get charged the first time for this. I called to complain and they only were willing to offer $50 off for the mess they made and have the tech them come back the next day to clean everything up. They did come back the next day to clean up the debris and repower wash part of the house but our backyard has now been left in disarray and it is very upsetting they never cleaned any of it up after they said they would pick up ALL debris. They also left our gate open to our backyard which we did not know and we have 2 dogs that thankfully did not get out. They were apologetic, however I feel we should have been discounted a lot more for the inconvenience of the service we received. I will be using a different service in the future for gutter cleaning and power washing as I feel the job they did and what we were charged were extremely disappointing. read more

Very frustrating. I was scheduled for Saturday morning they called half hour prior to arrival window time and cancelled. I was rescheduled for Tuesday. I had to leave work early to meet bubbles. I arrived and no one came. I called and was told the person would be late. They called back and cancelled on me AGAIN. Terrible communication and customer service. read more

These people are despicable! They were hired to clean out the gutter that had water overflow from the rain. They failed to clean out the nearby downspout. This caused massive rain water to flow into the foundation of the house and thereby the basement. This water overload caused sump pump failure. We had over $30,000.00 of damage done to our basement due to their incompetence! When we called Bubbles to asked for financial assistance on costs that were not covered by our insurance. I started using these guys in 2011 - and was really satisfied. They charged $110 for a 2 story home, and did a great job. Then suddenly in 2012 the price went up to $160 and this year it's $175. They told me it's due to healthcare costs - which I'd like to believe... but really have a hard time doing so. Going elsewhere as a 62% increase in price year over year is crazy. read more

We had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday between the hours of 9am-7pm for gutter cleaning. Big time frame there, not to mention it gets dark at 4:45pm so I'm unsure how they're planning to clean gutters after then. Regardless, I waited all day and they never showed. Around 5pm, they called saying due to the weather (ahem, the "weather" being 1/2 hour of rain in the morning right at 9am), they were running behind and had to reschedule. Fast forward to reschedule date of today between 8am-4pm. JUST RECEIVED A CALL - AFTER 4pm mind you - saying they "held off due to temperatures" and have once again rescheduled. You mean to tell me you didn't see the forecast this morning and had to wait until you missed my appointment again to call me to let me know?! Please. Me thinks not. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company. They do not deserve any business when they clearly don't respect customers. read more

I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling an estimate. I waited for four hours and nobody showed. No phone call either. I called to ask for an explanation and was told that they had to push the estimates back a day, but I was never notified. They offered to reschedule the estimate, but I feel that my time is far too valuable to take that chance again. So will look for another company to give my money! read more

We had an appointment for 8A-12 for arrival. They never showed up. Big waste of my time!!! Long time to wait around for services that never showed up. When I called them they didn't even answer their phone I had to leave a message. I wish I would have seen all of the similar reports on this company on Yelp before going through this!
