This is an excellent cleaning service. The individuals that arrive to the house are cordial and start working immediately. Not a lot of chatter except for who will do what. There methods of cleaning are first rate; doing multiple types cleanings to the floors , and not rushing through the process. If you want to be charged an excessive amount and have someone at your home for a long period, go with this company to clean your home. They charged $135, 6 hours to clean an up kept two bedroom, 2.5 bath town home and said they put a lot of detail in the cleaning.. r u kidding me? 6 hours to clean a townhome! We have been using Great Touch for several years and are sad to have to say good-bye, as we have sold our house and are moving out of the area. The staff is courteous, professional, and prompt. After years of service I can say that everything sparkles and shines like new when they leave. No built up polish, or dulled shine on fixtures, or soap residue on tile or floors. Our Corian looks as good as the day we moved in! Everything is cleaned and sanitized. They even add nice touches like fancy folds on bath towels and toilet paper; and patterns in the carpet, so you know they vacuumed every square inch for a nice Great Touch!! I recommend them highly. My first mistake was picking this place for cleaning. My second mistake was letting them in to clean and not staying in the house to watch. Work was okay but they have poor judgment on timing needed to clean. They told us they would need another 1.5 hours to finish but in 30 minutes and wanted to charge us an extra hour that they didn't work. No way! If that's how you run a business to make money, you should be shut down! read more

I cannot say enough about Beata and her team! I have been using them for 3 years, in 2 different homes, and wouldn't use anyone else. Beata is great with scheduling and very communicative and flexible. I have never been disappointed and wish I could have them come more frequently. The ladies are always receptive to my requests and are so sweet with my one year old. They even tolerate my spazz of a dog jumping around when they arrive, which I know can be very obnoxious. their service is not good and professional comparing to the money they charge. they work slow and at the end they ask you to stay longer but even with extra time they don't finish their work. they spend 45 min to 1 hour to clean a small bathroom. they left lots of not cleaned spots at my house and they left. I think they have not trained their cleaning people and you will clean your house better than them. They do not listen to you when you ask them to clean a spot. At the end i can tell you that I will not ask them ever to clean my house again. They charge high with a bad service. read more
