I stopped him and inquired about the bleach affecting my plants which he said he sprayed the plants first with water which I didn't believe. He asked if he could come back the next day to finish which I responded an unequivocal no. He left my place a mess. Needless to say, my concerns were spot on and my plants started dyeing and my outdoor light fixtures were discolored. When I reached out to him, he said, "I was hired to clean your house" and accepted no responsibility for all my plants and bushes and fixtures and simply said, "Jesus loves you." (huh??) He didn't even have his own hose and used mine. He said he was in business for 10 years yet ILSOS indicates the business was incorporated in '23 and Rudy is not even an officer of the company.... The technician arrived…read moreat 11:00 and for our home the company sent 1 technician (the previous cleaning required 2 people) and the technician was here for 6 hours. Our windows have streaks all over and when I let my dogs out into my fenced yard I discovered that the technician had left my gate open despite signs alerting people to keep gates closed due to dogs. I called to make payment and was never asked how my service was and when I let them know the issues I had was coldly thanked for my information. I would not recommend Bubbles.
