Their prices are a little more fair and he didn't try to upsell me on stuff I don't really need like that other company I called. The gutters look so much more custom fit for my home than my old gutters. They really know what they are doing. Plus the 10 year warranty is so nice for peace of mind. He took the time to consider all the work that would need to be done and gave a reasonable estimate that reflected that. It was this attention to detail that led me the decision to hire Ultimate Gutter. The day of the job Yan and his helper worked efficiently while also focusing on the details of the work they were doing. They displayed quality workmanship and did the job the right way. During the final walk through I requested minor modifications to the downspouts, which Yan gladly did for me. My new gutters and downspouts looked great! I got to see my new gutters in action later that evening when we were hit by a severe thunderstorm. The gutters did their job flawlessly. I am very happy with the final product. He offered ideas for materials which allowed for customization and he didn't oversell us on any aspect of the project. I needed a contractor that will get the job done right and Im so glad that I hired Pulse. Derrick came out and measured the deck in minutes, provided samples and suggestions. I knew composite was the way to go so I don't have to worry about maintenance. Within an hour we had a plan. I had a hard time narrowing down colors but helped by offering his suggestions. The colors I picked were some newer options Trex released and Derrick said he was excited to see how it turns out. Derrick and Luke came out and when I watched them work I was highly impressed. They worked like machines; measuring and communicating like a good team should. Luke is clearly a highly skilled carpenter. I had an idea for angled steps and even though it's a bit complicated he took on the project and built some really cool stairs that make my deck unique. Their attention to detail really showed and they kept me informed of their progress through an app with daily updates in what was complete. Communication was top notch and thats important to me. Pulse wasn't the cheapest company, but the value was great. You get what you pay for and Im glad that I finally have a beautiful deck to enjoy. I only wish the rest of my house was as nice as it puts the rest of it to shame. If you're looking for a job done right call Pulse.

Unfortunately, while cleaning our front bay windows, the technician left two dents in the aluminum capping in one of the windows. My husband and I figured that the damage was caused from the technician's ladder when he moved it away from the house. Seeing that we just purchased the house and had before/after photos to prove that the damage was not there the day prior, I called to speak with the supervisor regarding the damage. Without sending someone out to inspect the damage, the supervisor decided that that the technician is not responsible for the damage, because it doesn't "look" like something that the technician could do. Both my husband and I were quite bothered by this comment, as the damage was not present prior to the window cleaning. Using our own ladder, I tried to see if the dents on the aluminum capping match the end of a ladder. Sure enough, the dents lined up perfectly! In addition to the dents left, the technician was also supposed to clean the tracks of all our windows. Instead of actually cleaning them, he just used a dirty rag to wipe them down. No vacuum or special equipment was used to clean them. For the price we paid, I would have expected a more thorough cleaning. When I noticed the dirty tracks in one window, I asked him to re-clean them. When I explained all of this to the supervisor, they offered a refund of the price paid for the windows ($200). She then said, "You received a free service and can now put that money towards repairing your window." That comment almost split me in two! I politely informed her that we did not receive a "free" service, as the repair will cost us more than $200 to repair. She argued that it would not cost that much. Seeing as she seemed so knowledgeable regarding repair costs, I asked her to tell me the name and number of a contractor that costs less than $200 for this repair. She then hung up the phone stating that she did not need to speak with me any longer since her technician did not cause the damage. As one can assume, I did not sit well with this response. I tried calling back to get the number of the supervisor's boss. The lady that I spoke with said that there was no number and that the only way I could speak to the supervisor's boss was by getting the number through her. I asked her if this seemed like the best way to handle customer concerns. She could not answer that question and offered to send me to the supervisor's voicemail. I did leave a message asking for the supervisor to call me back, but no attempt to call me back has been made to date. At this point, both my husband and I have found the names of two attorneys who helped start the company, but we have not yet been successful obtaining the corporate number. We've reached out to the attorneys, but have not yet heard anything back. Seeing as they're both so far removed from the company, we do not anticipate a call back, but we're hopeful. If anyone out there has that number, please write a review with that information. We are determined to ensure our voice is heard. After reading several other 1 star reviews, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to put an end to their terrible customer service. Needless to say, my husband and I will never use Bubbles again. Their customer service and attention to detail is atrocious!

    The owner responded to my request for a quote immediately, came out to my house, and by the…read morefollowing week, I had new 5 inch gutters to match my house with larger 3x4 downspouts and Gutter Glove gutter guards at the lowest of the quotes I had been given over the past month. He was responsive to my concerns re my previous gutters (mismatched colors, undersized downspouts, clogging, leaking, and continual upkeep). The owner saw that I needed a solution to an area where there was only one downspout for two levels of my roof, and added another downspout (one for upper; one for lower) and routed one downspout in another direction, per my request not to flood out my lower lying neighbor as previous). He was responsive to helping me attach loose pieces of vinyl on my siding and he had his crew even caulking and painting some trim for no extra charge to make sure my house is waterproof. When they came out to install everything, there were 8 men in the crew and the owner, and they were in and out, in 3 hours, with zero mess left behind. They even took a magnetic roller over my yard to make sure no loose nails were left. His crew made sure everything I wanted had been completed before leaving. They even did extras that I had never seen before like adding aluminium guards in particular areas like around the chimney to make sure the water is directed off the house. All in all, I'm very impressed! They definitely go above and beyond and there was no bill, until every last thing was done, and the owner returned and reinspected the job. When I gave the owner the payment, he went over each part of the gutter system to explain how it works and put in writing a workmanship guarantee of one year, and 20 years for parts. He told me to call if I wanted anything changed, since I had made a change to his original plan in one area. He was very flexible about telling me, if I wanted it to his original specs, just call and they'd change it. I'm excited about how beautiful my new functional gutters look on my home!! I'm continually admiring how pretty my house looks now. I can't wait until it rains!!
