Before starting, he walked me through exactly what he'd be doing, and afterward he gave me great tips on how to maintain the patio going forward. He was also happy to talk through some other projects I've been considering and offered helpful advice on those too. Easy to talk to, super helpful, and just a good dude overall. Hit him up for any power washing needs! I know I'll definitely be calling him if I need anything else.

I was able to get a quick and accurate quote just by sending photos through Yelp, which made the whole process seamless. Communication was simple and efficient--we handled everything over text, and he showed up exactly when expected and did a great job. The house looks so much better, especially areas that had algae buildup. Overall, just an easy, professional experience--exactly what you hope for when hiring someone for your home. I asked for just one side of house to be house washed because of algae and he did not try to push other add ons which made the whole job affordable and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Unreliable and Unresponsive -- Deposit Taken, No Work Done…read more I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Wash pro Illinois, Aimee Downing. I paid a deposit for brickwork on my yard, and despite repeated follow-ups, the job has not been started. It I've received excuse after excuse--or worse, no response at all. I trusted this company based on their promises and initial communication, but that trust has been broken. At this point, it feels like I've been taken advantage of. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I will be pursuing next steps to recover my deposit if the job isn't completed promptly. RJ Naperville

Very professional and mindful of our time frame, Caleb's came to our home in their mobile cleaning vehicle, communicating throughout the entire process and did an excellent job of detailing my husbands car (that was pretty much a moldy trashed bachelors car until Caleb's detailed it into a respectful family car, lol). Very honest and upfront company I would highly recommend for on the site auto detailing. I only wish I had taken before and after photos.

I hired this company for deck repairs, and initially the experience was positive. The work was…read morecompleted on time, the price was reasonable, and I was satisfied with the results. Unfortunately, within a few months, several quality issues began to appear. Screws started popping out, deck boards began lifting, and some of the boards and railing showed signs of deterioration. I sent multiple texts and emails, including photos documenting the problems. To their credit, they responded to one text and sent someone out to secure a completely loose floorboard that, surprisingly, had never been screwed down. However, after that visit, my additional attempts to contact them went unanswered. I even asked that they simply let me know if they had no intention of addressing the problems, but I did not receive the courtesy of a response. At this point, it appears I will need to hire another company to repair their work. Chuck Kurth, one of the owners of Two Brothers Residential, Maintenance and Service Corporation, presented himself as knowledgeable and reputable before I hired the company, which made this experience especially disappointing. A contractor's reputation is built not only on the initial job but also on standing behind their work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. As a result, they will not be receiving any future business from me, and I would not recommend them to others in my HOA.
