If I could leave no stars, I would. I hired Extreme Clean and it was a total train wreck. I didn't have any algae or mold on my house. I just wanted the Dutch Lap siding cleaned. After it was cleaned, I took a white wash cloth to a section, and it was filthy dirty. I showed the cloth to the owner, and he acted like I was crazy and that he couldn't satisfy me. Really!! I hired them to wash my house. Now my house is left with a multitude of dirty stripes everywhere. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I wish I had taken a photo before and after Chris cleaned the decking around the pool, the gazebo, the outdoor furniture, deck etc! You get what you pay for and Chris admits to it. You be the judge, see email below. I could not paste the email snip so had to paste the context! Overall the house definitely looks better, no doubt. Its the attention to detail that bothers me. Secondly, if your house has plants or trees around it as does mine. You may want to think twice about exterior pressure washing with their $300 special. They're cleaning solution (bleach based) does a number to any flowered pots or greens alongside your house. I had no idea and this was not mentioned/explained. ME "Hello, Thank you for the prompt and cheerful service provided. I do however have a couple of issues of concern. I've attached a couple of pictures of some areas that were missed and several areas that dried with significant streaking. Please advise on a resolution. Kind regards, George" THEM "The siding is nothing...just solution coming out of the siding and will wash away. The striping on the gutter is common due to age.....some come completely clean and some do not. The one down spout needs hit again.....beyond that.....let it rain a few times before evaluating. First, the good: they were fast and they came when they committed to come. The bad: 1) Chris came to the house to see what needed to be cleaned & said he would remove the moss from our roof and clean the gutters. Instead, he sprayed the moss to kill it and then said it would fall off with the rain. When questioned on this, Chris then stated that the roof would be damaged if he removed the moss - he's done this many years and we should trust him on this. While the moss is dead and some of it is coming off with multiple rains, it is now clogging the gutters. If he has done this many years, he should have told us truthfully what work he was going to perform and agreed to come back later and clean the dead moss out of the gutters. 2) They were very messy - debris left everywhere. 3) The bill is due immediately upon completion of the work - no grace period at all, even though we paid within 30 days, they charge a "late" fee of 10% (annualized that is a 120% interest rate - total robbery!). Chris did a great job of cleaning up my dirty gutters, they are pretty old but he made them look so much brighter and cleaner.

They scheduled an appointment and then didn't show up. Apparently, they just decided coming later in the day would be fine with me. I'm sure my child would have love someone powerwashing his room while he napped. A phone call for schedule changes would have been nice so I didn't waste my time moving furniture off of our porch. Just assuming that I read an e-mail they "sent yesterday", which was never received, is pretty terrible business practice! read more
