Don and all on his team are always professional and courteous. They are all also punctual and very clean. This is by far and away the BEST vendor we have come to our home! read more

Itasca window cleaning is the best! They came when they said, worked quick, neat, and left my windows sparkling clean. Great value!

The crew did a fabulous job on our windows. We have casement windows and they cleaned the screens as well as the tracks at the bottom and the hinges which were quite filled with dirt and leaves. We didn't move a thing, they carefully moved things so that they could get to the windows and EVERYTHING was left exactly as they found it. Don was extremely responsive and very easy to work with and schedule the work. Highly recommend! read more

Used Itasca Window cleaning. They were reasonably priced and did a great job. Four crew members that were in and out in no time at all!

A team of 4 gentlemen cleaned our windows inside and out in less than an hour and a half! They are crystal clear!!!! Not a smudge to be found! They removed the screens and cleaned them also. Tony and crew were the best! Will definitely use them again!! read more

I called Itasca Window Cleaning to get a quote to clean my large crystal chandelier hanging in my two story foyer. Don the owner came the very next day to see it and got me in the schedule the next week. Alan arrived a little early and took it upon himself to clean the windows around the door while he waited for us to let him in! He did an amazing job. My chandelier literally is sparkling! My son was all ready to tease me for spending money on something that didn't look any different. Even he was blown away for how great it looks! Thank you Alan for standing in that ladder for so long and working so hard for us! read more

We use them for window cleaning and Christmas lights. This year has been extremely windy and our lights had had to be reset numerous times. Their customer service is amazing. They come so quickly and even on holidays, which is not expected. You can't go wrong with this company and we will continue to use them in the future. read more

Excellent, Perfect, Experienced, Professional and Unequaled! They cleaned every inch of the ductwork! No shortcuts were taken! The house was immaculate when they left! I reached out to Don at Itasca Window Cleaning after getting what a thought was too high of a quote for all the work we needed done on our windows. Don was very prompt to respond to my inquiry and he did it with professionalism and humor. Eager to take on new business (as any small business man should be) he came out later that day to see what needed to be done. After he spoke with the boss of the house he had a rock bottom unbeatable quote and we settled on a date after a few more hilarious e-mails. What one of the big companies quoted for just windows and sills, Don had windows and sills, frames, rails and screens. (And jokes) Now, I was not home when the cleaning was done but my In-Laws who tell it like it is, said the work and professionalism was second to none. They were all very kind and neat and did a great job. When I came home I was alarmed because I thought the screens were left off the windows until I realized everything was so clean I couldn't see them. I honestly didn't know our windows could be this spotless and clean, I cannot believe I lived with such sub standards. Now I am all crazy about keeping my little one from mucking up the windows and I even catch myself trying to preserve the great work. Now I don't know what all was communicated between my wife and Don but windows that we didn't even talk about or discuss were cleaned...if it was clear in our house it was cleaned. Door to the garage, DONE. Front door, DONE. Window in the garage for my spiders to look out, DONE. Absolutely blown away! (Warning: If you are in the middle of a drought and your lawn is dying from no rain, call Don to clean your windows and it will rain the day he is to come out and every day after that!) I'd also like to add we made a last minute decision to have Itasca Window Cleaning do our gutters and once again a great price. I have no idea how good or bad or a job they did but judging by the bag on the side of my house with all the gunk from my gutter, I am rather certain they did a great professional job (rather than leave the crud in the yard like the last company I used did.) Call Don and don't think twice! He is why you deal with small businesses and when we need him again, he will be our first call and my first recommendation to anyone who reads or asks. read more

Don's company was recommended to us by a popular window treatment company in the area and boy are we glad! He came to our new residence and gave us a quote to wash all of our windows and screens. We were impressed not only by his friendliness but his beyond fair price! The work was scheduled a short time later and he and his crew finished the entire house in record time. My wife, a tough critic, called me at work ecstatic and satisfied with how the work turned out. I was equally impressed when I came home. We'll be using Don's services again this year and every year after! read more

Itasca Window Cleaning-what a great company. When I called and left a message I received a call back the same day. They were very helpful over the phone and pleasant. They completed our window cleaning within just a few days of my phone call. The entire crew is polite, professional, clean and prompt. They made sure everything was cleaned up and even made recommendations on some repairs we needed. We had to have a few screens replaced and Don offered to come back and rehang them once we received them back from Ace. I called and they were out the same day to do them. Additionally, after a terrible storm we realized our gutters were clogged. We left a message at 7pm and the next day at 8am we already had a call saying they would be by that day to come and clean them for us. Again, another wonderful job. I can't recommend them enough! read more

Using the power of positive Yelp reviews, I contacted this company to come out and clean all of the windows in the house. Easy to set up the appointment. They came out, removed all of the screens and took them out to their vehicle to do some magic cleaning. The crew also did the inside and outside of all of our windows making them sparkling clean. A friendly, professional outfit with reasonable pricing that does a great job and they do it quickly. What more can you ask for? I can easily recommend them. Cheers to all read more

Itsca Window Cleaning is one of those company's who pride themselves with true service for the customer. No short cuts, meticulous detail in all they do. Air duct cleaning took 5 hours until David was satisfied they were entirely clean. Windows are so clean I may just walk through the patio door forgetting there's glass. Power washing left the entire outside refreshed and clean. The crew is extremely polite and friendly. They take great pride in what they do. Don is just the best. Wish I could hire them to do more work around the house! Keep up the great job!! read more

Don and his friendly crew have been cleaning our windows for many years. His team is always on time, amazingly efficient and very careful with walls, floors and items they need to move. Our home is nearly 50 years old, and we still have the original windows and storm windows. Don does more than clean the glass....by the time he leaves the storm windows hang straighter and rattle less! I wholeheartedly recommend Itasca Window Cleaning! read more

I am so happy we tried Itasca Window Cleaning. Our windows hadn't been cleaned in at least a year. The garage windows were especially grimy. After we received a free quote and set up an appointment, a team came out to clean the windows. They removed the screens and cleaned them, plus did a great job on the windows (interior and exterior). Then they reinstalled all the screens correctly. (I won't have to worry about them blowing out of the windows like they did after a different company cleaned my windows/screens last year.) All the windows are totally clear, no streaks. Great job. read more

I decided that my windows needed to be cleaned (yes, in January!) and looked to Yelp for some options. I noticed the great reviews and comments about Don and Itasca Window Cleaning, so I gave him a call. He was able to come out to do an estimate later that same day (I felt the estimate was very fair although I have to say I didn't shop around), and the windows were cleaned the following day. I went around to check the work, and was so happy how well they cleaned my windows, screens and tracks. They were reasonably priced, and would use them again in the Spring.
