The technician did a great job cleaning out our gutters and did a nice job repairing one of our gutters at our request. My engagement with them was over two years, and it took me a long time to sit down to tell the story. It's infuriating. Short story: FOR GOD'S SAKE DON'T HIRE THEM. If you want somebody to tear up your walls, gouge your floors, break materials in your environment, splash wax everywhere, leave parts of the floor completely untouched, wax dirt onto other areas, leave tons of unsightly globs of wax, leave their lunch leftovers in your fridge and then leave their chicken bones, leave a pile of trash on the floor, and disappear your bucket, then these are your guys. In fairness, after I complained, I found the bucket--it was left in my courtyard, full of wet dirty rags. My rags. They returned to try and salvage the job (impossible--required repainting, replacing materials, and the floor is full of gouges.) BEYOND horrible. The quote was to strip, clean and wax. They did not strip, nor clean, nor wax--they only destroyed. As a bonus, they cleaned my little carpeted area, and left it stiff with soap. The job they did was so completely unprofessional, so miserable, so downright offensive, it's impossible to overstate it. They offered to return the next year and do it well, and I even considered it because the owner seems like a nice guy and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I figured, he owes me, so maybe he'll do it right. Meanwhile, I let the owner come back himself to fix it up, but he didn't have a crew. He spent some time on his knees and left it terrible, promising to come back next year and re-do it properly. He's a nice person, so I did the best I could with it, operated another year like that, and last fall when it came time for him to make good, it was another maddening phone chase, messages unanswered for weeks, crying about how busy they are (!!) and proving once again that they are not a reliable team. My last communication with the owner was him reaching out to postpone again. I dropped it. I did the floor myself (as I have many times) and gave up on Young Building Solutions as a company. Their word is empty. These people are hopeless. The owners may be nice, but they are completely incompetent. I don't know how many photos I'll be able to post, but I have 115 of them, detailing the abuse. If you read this review and choose this company, all I can say is you'll get what you deserve. I know of no reason that the job they did in my business would be any worse than their other jobs, so unless they singled me out for abuse, I predict they'll soon be in court. Pathetic. Enraging. The only glimmer of good feeling I get is knowing they'll read this review. Lastly, take a look at my profile. There you will see that most of what I YELP about is 5-star compliments. I'm not a crank. These guys SUCK.
