They did a great job cleaning my windows but the man who runs the business is rude and insulting. He told me he would charge me the "same" as the previous year but then charged me $30 more and he tacked on a 3% fee for using a credit card which I was not informed about. He claimed it was "obvious" he would do so but since he had never done it before, how was it "obvious?" Now I see he is stating that I used the "F" word before he "fired" me. I am 86 years old and never use the "F" word. My conversation with him is not exception, just another example of the "untruths" he is wont to provide. read more

Very quick to respond for a quote. Received a call when workers were on their way. Christian and Maria did a very good job cleaning "very" dirty windows on our two story home. Be aware that painters sometimes scratch window edges when scraping paint off. I thought window was a little streaked but it is scratches. Granted windows have been through many years of painting but just be aware. I highly recommend Crystal Window Washing. The manager/owner Andy is very polite and professional. Friendly enough and actually 30 minutes early for appt. Paid extra for screen cleaning which was sub par.... just wiped a rag quickly over screen. Usually requires removal and hosing to get screens truly clean. Window cleaning itself was fine for the most part, however, they simply refused to clean 2 sets of windows which were a bit more challenging than our tilt in newer windows. Every other window cleaning service we have had has cleaned those windows without comment. Also left the gate open & our dog ran away. Thankfully I noticed he was gone quickly and found him in under 10 minutes. **** Update/response to owner comments: Sorry Daniel - 1) you never offered to send a different crew. We did not want the same gentlemen back as they were dismissive of our concerns about why two sets of windows ( not 1 ) were not being cleaned. They couldn't wait to get out of here and 2) We received a call from your company offering window cleaning and booked right then with a pleasant young lady over the phone. She made no mention of 2 types of screen cleaning. Simply asked if we would like the screens cleaned at $2 each and we said yes. We did give Crystal Clear a chance. We hired you in the first place, did as you asked in your confirmation email & addressed concerns with the crew before they left. They blew us off and promptly left.
