I've hired Jon from Rizzo Residential Services many times over the years for both gutter and window cleaning, and his work has been consistently excellent. He's reliable, meticulous, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Every time, he shows up when he says he will and makes sure everything is done thoroughly--from fully clearing and flushing the gutters to leaving the windows crystal clear. It's not just that he gets the job done well, but that he does it with care and consistency you don't often see. I trust him with my home and have never been disappointed. read more

I recently hired Rizzo Residential Services for a gutter cleaning, window cleaning, soft wash, and pressure wash on my new home. Jon did excellent work and the end result looked fantastic. In addition to the cleaning, Jon also provided photos showing several issues that needed addressing with my roof and gutter system. As a first time homeowner unfamiliar with these systems, I had some follow up questions and Jon graciously provided me with all the detail I needed. I will absolutely be a repeat customer and I'd recommend him to anyone in need of this type of work. read more

Jon was fast, reliable, and fairly priced. I used him for both my gutter services and window cleaning (inside and out). He was on time, took his shoes off in the house, and left my windows looking brand new. He is also very personable. I found him through Yelp, so thank you to those of you who left reviews. read more

John was responsive, easy to work with, affordable, and did a solid job. I think he mentioned taking photos of the work (which I never saw), but will just trust that he got all the downspouts. read more

This was a fantastic experience all the way through! Jon was the first to respond to me and had fantastic communication. Came out same day to look at some unique features of our house/roof and provided a quote quickly! The price was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. He was able to get me on the schedule for later in the week for both gutter and window cleaning. I will mention that I've never needed gutter cleaning before, but my husband and I have had window cleaning done at our old condo and Jon's window cleaning was hands down the best I've seen yet. I mentioned that we were checking out the gutters for the first time since we recently moved into the home and he even threw in a free gutter inspection with photos and everything! Very knowledgeable and quickly resolved a clogged gutter issue on the south side of our home! Super happy with the service and will be in touch with Jon again for next year's window and power washing!! read more

I used Yelp to find a company to clean gutters at a house we were buying. The interior of the house had been beautifully redone, but the exterior hadn't been maintained. The gutters were overflowing with debris and we thought they should be cleaned before the winter snow set in. Jon from Rizzo Residential responded quickly, gave a thorough written estimate and detailed description of the work to be completed, and was able to do the work a few days later. He sent a copy of his insurance so the house seller felt comfortable allowing us to have the gutters cleaned before closing. Rizzo did a great job cleaning the gutters, sent photos to show the cleaning and the spots that need further attention, and added advice about how to manage and maintain the gutters going forward. Highly recommended. read more

Reliable and quick to do the job. Great communication. He explained the situation and sent photos.

Jon was awesome! Very helpful, efficient, and did a great job on our windows. Highly recommend!

Jon was quick to respond when I sent out requests for gutter cleaning. After receiving quotes from several companies in the area, his was the most competitive and he had the most personable response. He came out within a couple days and did an excellent job! He sent a detailed report of what he found with our gutters and emailed the invoice. Everything was done electronically which I appreciated. I'll definitely reach out to this company again when I need gutter services. read more

I feel so lucky, Rizzo Residential Services came really quickly to repair my gutters. My dog had knocked some loose while trying to get to chipmunks. Excellent work too!! read more

Jon was first to respond with a fair quote, accommodating with scheduling, arrived early, and performed a more thorough gutter cleaning than any previous service I'd used. I ended up adding window and solar panel cleaning and everything he touched looks great--I know this because he photographed his work from a number of different angles in addition to providing a write-up on the condition of our gutters which aligned with my expectations. Of note, I had added a special request to tread lightly around the many plantings we have around the house. No noticeable trace of ladders or footprints anywhere. Finally, I personally appreciated being able to conduct virtually every aspect of our transaction online, including invoicing and payment. Seems basic but definitely not the norm with the vast number of contractors we've used over the years. read more
