This is a husband and wife window washing and gutter cleaning team. They're excellent. They helped me understand that I needed a gutter fixed (which I did) because it was ruining my brick facade, and also that my Simenton windows could be replaced for free by the company if they had any fog (lifetime warrantee). Since I'm the second owner of them, and the owners never left me any materials re the warrantee, I had no idea and 4 of the windows were foggy. I was able to get all the foggy windows replaced at just the cost of shipping. Darius and his wife are super knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. They do an amazing job cleaning the outside, inside, and removing screens. They even were able to get a glass door with wooden inserts from 1977 clean. Highly recommend! read more

I am almost afraid to write this review because for years I have been using the services of this company and I don't want the secret to get out. This husband and wife team do an incredible job, no mess, extremely reasonable prices, and are punctual. Their pricing has not changed since 2005 ~ WHAT A BARGAIN. If you have read my other reviews, you are aware that we have Pella windows, which means each window has 4 sides to clean. No problem. They also clean gutters. I'm all for staying off ladders for ANY reason. So now the secret is out, and I can only hope that I can get them out next time my windows need cleaning. I called this company yesterday to clean my dad's gutters. At 86 yrs old, I didn't want him up on a ladder. Darius was more than happy to help on short notice even though it was the end of the season for cleaning outdoors. He showed up at my dad's early, did a thorough and excellent job. My dad's was impressed with the job and how friendly Darius and his wife were. So happy I found them. I will be using them in the future, too! read more

I had a horrible experience with both Darius and Ariana today. Let me first say that they did do a great job with cleaning the leaves both times they've been to my house. Also, their prices are good. They were here back in September and I didn't have any problems. In fact, I was going to make them my regular gutter cleaners until how they acted today. I called him to confirm that they did my 2nd floor gutters when he first came out since they were overflowing again, and in the past we didn't have to do them so soon again. He came out right away and confirmed it was from another flow of leaves falling. He started my gutters right away. During his service he rang the doorbell and asked to use my bathroom. I told him I was sorry, but I felt uncomfortable having him come in because I didn't really know him. I don't let anyone come in that I don't know. He was so upset I said no that he walked away mid-conversation and ignored my reasoning. I actually thought he was alone so I felt even more uncomfortable letting him in my home. When I noticed that his wife and possibly son were working in my yard, I tried telling her what had just happened and tried explaining the situation and my reasoning. I also told her I was sorry for having to say no. I assumed that she would understand since she's a mother too, but she also cut me off by turning the leaf blower on mid-conversation and walked away. When she rang the doorbell for payment I tried explaining again. I asked her if she would let a stranger into her house when she was home alone with her children. She kept arguing with me and saying that they're not murderers just because they're from another country and to not call for service again. I told her that it has nothing to do with race, nationality, or where they're from. I don't care about that. I wouldn't have let anyone in my house, and for both of them to treat the client like this is so unprofessional! I wish we lived in a world where I could say yes, but we don't, and I shouldn't be treated so badly for protecting my family. So bottom line, their price and service are for sure 5 stars, but the way they acted today was just so unprofessional and honestly kind of scared me, that their service and price isn't worth it to me! They lost a client today because of this. A client that would for sure have used them two to four times a year. read more
