I reached back out again to PaveBrite in August of 2026 and from my first phone call, I have had nothing but good service. Fortunately, the sales rep who gave my husband and I, the quote in 2024 actually remembered us. Before he began, he explained, that the quote from 2024 was invalid, and as we all know the price will be more. We figured the price would be more. He came out to our home and provided us with a new reasonable quote. We scheduled a date for the 2 day project to start. Mother Nature was not too kind for us, so our scheduled dates were postponed. However, for the following two days afterward Mother Nature calmed down, the crew came out and completed the project. The crew was so respectful and professional. Any questions or concerns we had, was immediately addressed to home office by the crew and resolved right on the spot. There were no down time necessary. When the crew completed the project, they left the site cleaned. They removed all debris. Most of all no damage to our driveway which we had just have resealed a few weeks before. Thank you PaveBrite for the great phone customer service, and for having a sales rep who remembered us. It was a great feeling to know he was attended to us in 2024 and 2026. There was one gutter that had shreds of roofing shingles inside the elbow. He removed the elbow, cleaned out the debris and hosed down the gutter to make sure water ran out with a good flow.
