I left them out after my regular trash pick up day and they came, cleaned them then returned to the location I keep them near the house. They look amazing especially the trash can which had been pretty coated in various liquids from leaks over several months. I am excited to see what a difference this will make this summer with flies. Not to mention less odors! This service was very easy to schedule. I was given service options, chose the program that worked for me and received an email with my cleaning date. Then sent a reminder to have my cans set out the night before cleaning. Highly recommend if you can't or don't want to deal with the task of cleaning your trash cans.

The company offered a discount if I was able to get my neighbors to schedule with me, and sure enough they kept their promise. I got notifications via text, and I paid my invoice after service through an email link. I'll keep them on my list and hope they check in for service in 6 months (springtime).

Both my husband and I mentioned that the screens and tracks weren't done and he "half-assed" swiped over some. I went back through and cleaned the tracks and some of the screens afterwards. Guy was on his phone from the moment he got to the house, and kept mumbling about the "high windows" in the dining room. In the 25 minutes he was at my home, he managed to turn on the outside water and bring in a short ladder. That was it. He was too busy on his phone to do work. After the 25 minutes or more, I told him that he was done, no need to end his phone call. I called the office to complain about the service, and they said "sorry about that, someone will call you later", which they never did. Rated at ZERO stars

We used Bubbles for window cleaning last fall and it was great, the guy showed up on time, worked…read morelike a demon and did a nice job. So, we had a good impression of the company and asked them to do our gutters - but that was a complete failure. We were originally scheduled for gutter cleaning on a Thursday, 1-5 PM. A little before 1:00 I got a text saying the crew would be there in 45 minutes (about 1:30). When no one showed up by 2:30 I called, and was told the texted time was a mistake, but the crew would be to us at 5:00. At 5:30 I got a call saying they would be there at 6:00. About 6:30 I called to cancel the order, but the office was closed. The crew came at 6:45 and I sent them away. The next day I got an apologetic call offering to reschedule for a morning shift (8-12) and give us a discounted rate. Being gullible, and cheap, I said OK. I got a text at some point during the rescheduled morning saying the crew would be late, and by 12:40 we'd had enough and canceled the order. So, they stood us up a total of 4 times. We'll never know if they would have done a good job because the scheduling process was completely messed up.
