I left them out after my regular trash pick up day and they came, cleaned them then returned to the location I keep them near the house. They look amazing especially the trash can which had been pretty coated in various liquids from leaks over several months. I am excited to see what a difference this will make this summer with flies. Not to mention less odors! This service was very easy to schedule. I was given service options, chose the program that worked for me and received an email with my cleaning date. Then sent a reminder to have my cans set out the night before cleaning. Highly recommend if you can't or don't want to deal with the task of cleaning your trash cans.

So, we had a good impression of the company and asked them to do our gutters - but that was a complete failure. We were originally scheduled for gutter cleaning on a Thursday, 1-5 PM. A little before 1:00 I got a text saying the crew would be there in 45 minutes (about 1:30). When no one showed up by 2:30 I called, and was told the texted time was a mistake, but the crew would be to us at 5:00. At 5:30 I got a call saying they would be there at 6:00. About 6:30 I called to cancel the order, but the office was closed. The crew came at 6:45 and I sent them away. The next day I got an apologetic call offering to reschedule for a morning shift (8-12) and give us a discounted rate. Being gullible, and cheap, I said OK. I got a text at some point during the rescheduled morning saying the crew would be late, and by 12:40 we'd had enough and canceled the order. So, they stood us up a total of 4 times. We'll never know if they would have done a good job because the scheduling process was completely messed up.
