While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. He brought a ton of samples of different materials, recommendations for different types of materials under there shingles and brought pages and pages of references of happy customers. We have a very high pitch roof and the work he did was simply amazing. We have a new house from the gutter to the ridge. His team even took time to paint our vents to match the roof color. This is an example of the attention to detail that Angelo and his crews take pride in doing for their customers. The entire job took a day and a half to complete and there wasn't a piece of garbage, shingles, nails (you name it) on the ground. They protected my landscape, my windows, my doors and anything that could potentially be damaged by removing shingles. Angelo also met with my contractor who was doing some work with me in my backyard to ensure that our roof was protected from ice dams in the winter, etc. He has that kind of foresight and will stand behind his work.
