Because of…read morethe bad winter this year, i had a ice dam that formed which caused one of my gutters to bend and almost start coming down. I tried to call Fernando a few times, emailed, left voicemails and finally he picked up and said we can come by on a Friday and fix it for you and i was fine if there was a fee associated with. Friday came along and they were a no show, i called Saturday, Sunday, Monday and no one has been picking up. Eventually i had to find someone else to fix it. You would think you would help out existing customers but i guess not. I will not be recommending them anymore due to the poor communication. Fernando and team was awesome. They came early, checked in and discussed what was going to be done. I was also able to addon the leaf gaurds at the moment. He and a crew member arrived on the date we selected and they were pleasant, efficient, thorough, and so professional! They were also respectful of our home, inside and out. Painted right over nail marks, Some of the issues were roller marks on the walls and not smoothed out a nothing was really finished. Also he added to the job and painted on the back side of my TV, windows frames. I know they have lots of good reviews but NOT really finished like a professional contractor should. Real cheep job. Luis would not come back to the home because he said he was afraid of us. All we did was call and call and text. Luis thought we were being sneaky since my husband was upset and called him on his phone, Luis was afraid for this. I could have a police officer come by and make sure Luis was safe in my home, but Luis had his worker do a quick job get the money and gone. I have a disability and when I went to see the room after it was done, I did not see anything because of my ADA I have vision issues. I feel sorry for someone that they do something for. PLEASE RECHECK EVERY BIT BEFORE YOU HAD OVER THAT CHECK, he did offer to come back a couple of times but he was scared and never showed up.
