We recently had exterior trim lighting installed by Revive Your Lawn Trim Lights and could not be happier with the entire experience! The look is SO clean and seamless compared to the majority of permanent exterior lights out there. One of the biggest selling points for us was the hidden wiring -- it gives such a polished appearance while also making us feel confident the system will be protected for years to come. The warranty also gave us incredible peace of mind and really speaks to the quality of their product. From start to finish, everyone was wonderful to work with. The install crew was quick, professional, and respectful of our home. The office staff was incredibly responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. A huge shoutout to our sales representative, Ricardo Navarro! He truly sold my husband on the product because of his knowledge, patience, and honesty. He answered every single question and text message we sent him (and there were MANY ). You can tell he genuinely believes in the product he's selling. We are excited to enjoy the subtle everyday lighting year-round, but we are EXTRA excited for the holidays and all the different colors and lighting setups available through the app. We're still learning the app, but they have even kindly offered to come back out and help walk us through everything. We've already recommended Revive Your Lawn Trim Lights to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. Highly recommend! read more

We cannot say enough, good things about revive your lawn! From the very beginning meeting with Ricardo, he took the time to listen to our concerns, answer all our questions, and come up with a plan. The communication was stellar. Gabriel and his team worked hard to putting in an amazing French drain to fix our drainage issues. After we've had significant rain this year, it has stood up to the weather. I'm already thinking about next year and what project they can do for us! So happy!!! read more

Had to send 6 emails and 4 texts to get the estimate I was promised. Zero response to my questions. Zero follow up. If you are asking me to spend 6k on lighting for my backyard, I would expect at least adequate customer service. I would pay double that for this service from any company willing to provide professional communication and responsiveness. Pass. read more

Trimlight Chicago recently installed lights in at our home and we are very pleased with the quality of the product and the customer support thus far. There are quit a few gripes about the app and for some it can be challanging. Trimlight offers an additional appointment to familiarize new customers with the app at no extra charge, and include plenty of literature. Overall the experience has been very good. read more

We love our new Trimlights! Patrick came to the house to demonstrate and show us all of our options and we were sold. The lights were installed 2 days later. A few days later, Ana came to our house and did a thorough job of walking us through how to customize the lights, timers, and movement using the app. We are having so much fun with the settings! We are all ready for the holidays and beyond! And no more climbing ladders for us! read more

Unfortunately, the service and attention to detail of this company has faltered. They used to preemptively ask about work or how to improve things, now I have to stop them from mowing dead grass and remind them not to put dead/trimmed branches into the flower beds. I had to move on, unfortunately. read more

Jorge came out to discuss permanent lights on our house for a free consultation. I am the type of person that decorates our house for EVERY holiday. I was impressed by all the types of settings these lights have. The company was very professional and every person who I had an appointment with showed up on time. All questions were answered, and I didnt even need to be home during the installation process. After the installation, Ana came out to show us how to use the lights on the app. She was very friendly and answered all the crazy questions I had and was patient with me. Thanks again Trimlights for a quality product! read more

Had install done which was fine. During the sales pitch Jorge never mentioned that if you have 5k internet would not match up with system. I called Jorge several times but no return calls. His sales pitch was he would come back after install to help with setting up on phones, i-pad or whatever we needed. No response. Lights seem to work fine but I have to reset daily. I am sure it is human error but without proper consultation, as promised, it is frustrating. For a bill over 6k I would think customer service would be much better. read more

After thinking about lights for our house for a while we decided to go for the permanent option. From the initial consultation with Jorge to the installation, the process was smooth and seamless. Once we placed our order, our install date was scheduled within a week. When the installation day arrived, the team finished in a few hours. Our sales rep, Jorge, came back out about a week later to assist in custom programming of the lights and provided a full tutorial on the system. I would definitely recommend Trimlight Chicago. read more

We had Trimlight installed at our house by a local company (Revive your Lawn-amazing company!) this past year, and we cannot say enough positive things about everything about this experience! The company installed them quickly, and they are literally the best thing ever! As a holiday lover, I am loving playing with the lighting and patterns/sounds that you can do with them for every holiday, and for every day use! I love how low-profile the bulbs are so that you can't see them during the daylight. Especially when they are up year-round. It was so cleanly installed, and the app is so user friendly. I love love love that I can control it right from my phone no matter where I am. The company even sent someone out to make sure we knew how to use all of the features of the app. I was just so impressed with the entire process. I cannot say enough amazing things about Trimlight! I highly recommend everyone get them on their house and business! They recently installed them in the whole downtown area of my town and the uniform look of the street is so amazing! I LOVE TRIMLIGHT!! read more

It's been nearly 3 months since they replaced all of our grass. Took up all existing grass and laid new sod - 10,000 sq ft. The lawn looks GREAT. I, and all the neighbors enjoy it very much and I get compliments all the time. 99.9% is in perfect condition. Just about 10 sq ft that needs some work. But I consider that a success. They also installed a dry well drainage system that works perfectly. No more puddles in the backyard. Yay! I highly recommend Revive Your Lawn. They do great work. read more

I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. We got our Trimlights installed in December of last year. Not even a year of them being installed they stopped working correctly. Called and told them what was going on. They said they only do repairs on Saturdays and would call me when they could get me in. 2 weeks go by, still no call. So I called them. They said they would "fit me in" on the following Saturday which would make it 3 weeks since I called. Made a 2pm appointment because we weren't going to be home until then. They come at 11am...? Waited until 2:30pm, called no answer. The manager called me back and we made an "appointment" at 9am for the following week. 4 weeks after I called orginally! Guess what, 9am rolls around and they don't come. DISGUSTING customer service. Once they get your money they do not care if you are having problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

I've now used these guys a few times and they never disappoint! After helping solve a water drainage issue in our backyard our landscaping needed a drastic upgrade. Mitch came out and walked the entire property talking through each aspect of the project (we had a ton to do: 6500 sq ft of weeds/crabgrass to take up and replace with new sod, stump removal, tree trimming, mulching, etc.). Mitch did an awesome job walking through each aspect of the job while taking notes/photos to relay to the project manager. Once they started the job Pablo was the project manager overseeing the job and he was great. He and his team were always on time, worked incredibly hard, and always kept me updated on where they were at in the project. There were nights that Pablo and team stayed until 8pm just to stay on track with timing (again this was a huge job). They were overall extremely nice and couldn't have been more professional. All said and done our yard is completely transformed and went from being an eye sore to the nicest yard on the block. Can't thank these guys enough and will continue to use them for all my projects! read more

This was a fast light installation! The lights look great at the front of our house! The App tutorial was helpful as well.

I hired Revive for a drainage project as well as landscape project. Mitch was great to deal with for both projects providing options and staying on budget. Edgar got our landscaping project completed ahead of schedule which was great. All workers were great and the finished product looks exactly as Mitch diagramed.
