Her and her team are absolutely amazing. She starts by coming to your property to get an idea of what you want. While she does all the measuring (and I mean ALL), she has you fill out a dream sheet to figure out what your taste is. Less than a week later I had several designs to pick from and then could make changes. This video walk through of the design really helped us picture what it would look like. I'm very difficult to work with but she always took it in stride. Every change and last minute change was no issue. As she was picking out the flowers, trees, etc from her suppliers, she was texting us to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. We even were able to reuse some of our own materials like pavers to help keep cost down. Her team works from early morning to well after dark to get the project done. We not only did our front yard but the back as well- setting up for a hot tub! I cannot say enough good things and would highly recommend Lisa and her team for your landscaping design!

Unfortunately, the installation completely failed to meet that standard, and the customer service follow-up was non-existent. The discharge point they installed sits in a depression, meaning the water constantly overflows and sheets directly across the public sidewalk instead of draining properly. This created a slip hazard and left a permanent puddle in the yard. Because the water was left to sit stagnant, my grass is now dying and turning orange from iron bacteria. When I reached out to Daniel with photos of the flooding, he told me to 'wait 10 days' for the ground to drain. I waited the full timeframe, but the problem persisted. I reached out multiple times afterward to get a plan together to fix the grading or extend the line. Daniel completely stopped responding and abandoned the project. I am now having to hire a second landscaping company to fix the problem.

They did a horrendous job and I have since had someone trip and fall because the bricks are sticking out of the ground that they left. I had our HOA representative's "friend" from Semmer come out because I was so dissatisfied with the work and he was so rude and condescending. His workers had actually broken the plastic framing around my patio that I paid for and slashed my lighting cord in half. He told me that they would fix these issues and then, nothing.
