Edgar even found a way to add trim molding to my flat-panel cabinets when everyone else told me I'd need entirely new doors to get the look I wanted. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

I reached out to Edgar @Solano on Yelp recently to get a quote for getting my 1BR condo painted…read more Edgar responded promptly and after a quick phone call, he came out the next day to see the job need and provide a more accurate estimate. I needed walls, doors, baseboards all done and we were able to settle on a fair price and I scheduled for the following week since I was also getting my floors buffed and stained. During this time, Edgar recommended some paint colors and he was able to provide a COI as required by my building. It was easy to get a hold of him via text and he was always prompt in responding. Edgar arrived with all supplies (tarp, paint, caulk, rollers etc) as we had agreed upon. He spent the majority of the first day in patching and repairing and setting up for the actual paint job. The next day I stopped by to see the progress and I certainly appreciated his attention to detail. Edgar worked alone since his crew was on another job site but it didn't matter since I was in no rush and he ended up doing a great job by himself. In addition to painting, Solano does perform home remodeling too. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend Edgar for your home improvement needs.

Hired Jason Marvin, the owner of this company to do interior painting of my home. He has showed up…read more1.5 hrs late every day, barely gets anything done and then leaves without a word, not even telling his new hire that he left at the residence. He sprayed some product on my walls (busy work) and then left the remnants all over the floors. He told me he always cleans up after himself. He claims "he takes care of his customers" but if tardiness, unproductive and unprofessionalism is how he gauges his customer service, then he is not your guy. He refuses to give me my $1250 deposit back and just get paid for the supplies and the minimal amount of work he did, so he basically stole money from me. Do you do diligence and really research the people you hire.

Joe who came to give us the estimate was very professional and on time. He took his time to answer all of questions and even gave us information about a Low VOC paint (I was worried about the "fumes" with two young children). The other companies I spoke with (like CertaPro) seem to rush me and didn't want to answer some of our questions. I spoke with the job foreman every day in regards to the progress being made and the job was cleaned up every single day. My husband and I are VERY pleased with the work and are having Precision paint our exterior next week. We did shop around for pricing for the interior. They are very fairly priced and extremely professional. For the exterior we didn't price anyone else. We highly recommend this company.

Alex quoted a little higher than the others but guaranteed the smoke would be eradicated once they were done. My whole family was pleased with the work once completed, the smell was gone from the walls/ceiling! Now we are working out the last of it from the concrete floors. I would recommend Titanlex for your painting needs!

In addition, they follow through on commitments, manage their schedule so they can complete the job as planned, and the quality of service they provide is the best we've had. Alex was a constant presence. He was respectful of team members who came and went, and kept the folks he reported to up to date so that everyone was equally informed about the project's progress. Whether he was reinstalling window coverings, moving furniture to protect it, or talking our cats out from underneath a bed, Alex (and all of the team, for that matter) was consistently competent and kind. More recently I called them out to repair two large, ragged holes in my walls left by the plumbers. The holes were in my kitchen and dining room and both look like nothing ever happened. The painters are polite, professional and they clean up after themselves. And Adam answers emails & texts right away and always kept me informed. And to top it off, the price is right.
