Victor and the team were great. Great rates and quick response time. They did a nice job recalibrating my system after it was damaged.

Victor replied to my call promptly, came out to assess the problem, explained to me what the problem was and fixed my malfunctioning sprinkler head within a day or two of contacting him. I highly recommend him and his company. Great service and professionalism! read more

Service was requested for weeks. No response. This is prime time before winter and he totally has been unresponsive and I'm really not sure why. Service is everything. read more

I am a part of a Building Association where this company came out gave us an estimate and we pay them exactly what they asked for regarding an irrigation system. They installed the system but didn't install backup valves and pressure reducers which made the system ineffective. So now we are nearly $8,000 in the hole and have a irrigation system that won't work because this company did not complete the work needed for the system to operate. And to top it off they are not calling our association back to try to make us whole. We don't know what to do at this point and if you can imagine paying nearly $8,000 for an irrigation system that you cannot use and the owner/operator will not make things right upset you everyday you walk outside and look at your lawn. read more

Victor ghosted us after he told us to buy the valves for a repair. In other words we spent money towards a repair that he never completed nor extended the minimal courtesy to tell us he was not completing it. In general, he was nonresponsive and did not reply even to simple requests to confirm an appointment. I have never dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional. read more

An appointment was scheduled. I made sure to be available at our scheduled time. No one showed for our appointment. Days later I received a text message asking to reschedule that no one was home for the appointment. My cameras proved that no one showed up for our scheduled appointment. Victor, I'll attach photos of the text messages. Your response insinuates that I'm not telling the truth. Perhaps this will refresh your memory. read more

In May I contacted Spartan Irrigation and asked them to come out to my house to set up my sprinkler system for Spring. I was on the phone when their workman (Julian) left but he told me that everything was done except for the large section of my yard that was watered by a faucet under my porch because that faucet had a leak. After I paid him, he said he would return in a month to make sure everything was working. After I got off the phone, I checked to see what the problem was with the faucet and discovered that the leak stopped after I unscrewed the hose and refastened it after using a little liquid sealant which stopped the leak but then I discovered many of the sprinklers didn't work because of clogs and missing heads. I also discovered that he did not set up any of the timers anywhere. Apparently, after seeing the small leak he decided this prevented him from doing anything more so he could leave after telling me of the leak and getting paid. He never did return or even call me since which is probably good because I lost all faith in this company. If they can't fix a simple leaking faucet, I don't know how they can fine tune a home watering system. I also remember thinking at the time that the sealant probably wasn't necessary because it looked like he didn't align the threads when he tried to attach the hose to the faucet BTW I should have been put on notice when I had to call them on the day of the first visit because, after waiting two hours, I called only to be told by Julian his truck broke down and he forgot to call me. I see almost of this company's reviews are excellent. Hopefully the worker that they sent to my house last Spring no longer works there. ------------------ My response to owner's reply ..... Wow! Since I don't know how to begin, I'll make this short. Julian spoke excellent English and didn't even have an accent. Your claim that I said about being in AMERICA is strange in that my wife is a Chinese immigrant whose English is a second language. She has an accent, not Julian. Also, I never accused Julian of causing a leak because there was no leak. After I loosened the faucet connection and screwed it back on correctly the leak stopped. As for any argument before Jullian left, he left smiling while putting my payment into his pocket. I only discovered all the problems I mentioned after he left. Are you sure you're talking about my project Mr. Victor? As I recall Julian came alone. I don't even remember seeing you! read more

Victor and his crew did a fantastic job installing a new irrigation and sprinkler system for my home. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced too. Victor and the Spartan team installed an in ground sprinkler system. They were professional and valued their work. We are looking forward to having Spartan do future projects with us. Thank you all very much. We are very satisfied. read more

If you are considering an in-ground irrigation system, contact Spartan Irrigation Creations. We contacted several companies before settling on Spartan. Spartan's President, Victor, surveyed the property and gave us an estimate and timeline. Who knew that there were so many issues involved with installing an irrigation system; Multiple permits, a property survey, flagging for underground pipes and complex outdoor plumbing. Victor coordinated all activities and made sure everything was done correctly. The system is installed, controlled by a modern mobile app and works like a charm. It so happened that before Spartan left, We had a plumbing leak caused by a loose connection behind a wall from our upstairs bathroom causing water to drip through the ceiling. One of Spartan's crew diagnosed the problem, fixed the leak and patched the ceiling so that it looks better than before. Great people, top-flight, professional service. You won't go wrong with Spartan. read more

I could not recommend this business more. I was admittedly initially a little hesitant with Victor's low pricing compared to the rest of the market, but his work is second to none, and it's obvious he focuses on a repeat business model, driving ongoing income from his clients as opposed to charging a lot upfront. This business will work with you to help you figure out what you really need/what really needs to be done, as opposed to you ending up with something you don't really need (which is rare in this day and age). Whilst my ongoing relationship with Victor will be more in the maintenance space, I would wholeheartedly recommend this business for any new or repair work that you are looking to have done. read more

If you are looking for an experienced person that will go that extra mile to ensure you not only understand the process but love results then you need to contact Spartan Irrigation Creations. Victor and his team were wonderful to work with. We purchased our home a few years ago but had never turned on the irrigation system since moving in. We knew it had been damaged by the installation of an above-ground pool and would not be operational in its current state. Victor came out, assessed the work to be done, and was able to re-route and upgrade our system beyond what we could have imagined while staying within our budget. We are so glad to have found this company, and I look forward to all the time I'll get back this summer having the watering done for me. read more

I am very happy to have found Spartan Irrigation Creations for our sprinkler project this year. Victor was extremely responsive to email and text. They reconstructed our backyard sprinkler system using some of the existing pipes to keep my costs down and created more efficient zones to get the entire area completely covered. They remained flexible throughout the project and were able to modify zones on the fly when unforeseen obstacles came up. We will absolutely hire Spartan Irrigation for any future sprinkler repairs and yearly maintenance/opening/closing. read more

Victor and his crew recently replaced our outdated irrigation system. They were professional, efficient, and charged a fair price. Victor also took the time to help me set up the Rachio WiFi controller and give me some pointers on what settings to use. I look forward to working with Victor the next time I need our sprinkler system serviced. read more

I'm glad I found Spartan! I have an old irrigation system that was in serious need of repair and also needed to install a drain pipe for my gutter. Victor was on time, professional and easy going. Victor genuinely cares about providing the best service and explores every option in terms of pricing and client budget. I now have a working system and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Spartan! Victor earned my trust and I will continue being a client for yearly maintenance services and other future projects. Thanks again Victor and crew! read more

Very professional, They did great work. They cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

First, I live in Chicago, not California. - - I found Spartan Irrigation via Yelp and read the reviews (which, on average, were very good). I'm very pleased with the system though I didn't get to use it much since it's only been installed since Oct. 2024. Victor was very professional. His team got the job done well. Even my neighbors - who were looking at the process - mentioned how impressed they were with the service. Initially, I was not sure that I could pay the full fee, but Victor was willing to work with me and set up a short-term plan. I don't like owing small business owners and was happy that, in the end, I was able to pay in full without a payment plan. But just the fact that he was willing to work with me really impressed me. -- The team fixed whatever openings they needed to make. I continue to chuckle every time I think of the guy's remark after patching the drywall, "See? Nothing happened!" And that's true. My wall looked like nothing had been cut out. Victor came back to shut the system down for winter, and did so at a time best for me (especially important since I didn't have wiggle room due to my schedule). --- This is a long post, but I believe in offering a well-thought-out review so that others will have a good sense of the company they are thinking about doing business with. Spartan Irrigation Creations is a good company with professional and kind staff. read more

Victor and his team were consummate professionals and they repaired my irrigation/underground sprinklers quickly and efficiently and made other reasonable recommendations! I would absolutely use Spartan again! read more

For those that only scan the first lines of a review, I will sum up my Spartan Irrigations Creations experience in a simple phrase: TOP-NOTCH SERVICES & RESULTS! I originally hired Spartan (Vic & team) to install a new irrigation system. The quality of that work and service led me to hire Vic for some internal house repairs and services. Joshua, in particular, has done some amazing work! Vic provides daily updates to ensure that the hired tasks are being completed to my satisfaction and to alert me to any issues. Customer service is a priority to him, which is great! As I told Vic personally, when I say "I've got a guy" for any house repairs, I am referring to him. Keep up the excellent work, Vic! I'll certainly hire you in the future and I would recommend anyone else to do the same. read more

amazing company, good price, great service. vick did my sprinkler job for my house in the city

Victor was extremely professional. I was quite late last year in winterizing my sprinkler and Victor went out of his way to recommend me options even though i couldn't leverage his services. I reached back to Victor again this year to maintain my sprinkler system and he did a thorough job in fixing a broken backflow valve and maintaining my sprinkler system. He also took the initiative to certify it for us. Would definitely recommend his services. read more

I want to thank Victor for making this process simple and affordable for me. Installation was smooth and he explained everything thoroughly. Great job! read more

They don't answer the phone and don't return calls- for me that's a red flag. Keep looking!

I contacted the owner and scheduled an appointment for shutting off sprinklers. He gave me a time window of when he could come, which was almost a 4 hour window. I left my work early to be at home and he didn't come. He didn't even send a message in advance and still did not send anything. I was hoping, knowing that this was a small business to support them, and based on the reviews, which were great, that they would be professional, next time I will be going to a big company knowing they are reliable enough to even come on time or respond. Bad experience; I do not recommend this company. read more
