Amazing work! Deep cleaned my whole house yesterday and it looks and smells wonderful! Washed all my woodwork, floors and I couldn't be happier! They washed my windows almost two months ago and they still look great, even with all this rain! Even repaired one of my problem windows. I can totally recommend this company and their employees! read more

The crew that cleaned our windows were on time, professional and did an excellent job. I will use them again. Pricing was very competitive.

Very unprofessional. Purchased a Groupon for window cleaning. Appointment was set for 6 weeks later. The day of the appointment, only an hour prior, received a text (not even a call) saying the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Asked if there would be anything offered for this inconvenience since I had to take off work and was only just informed the day of and was told no. I then advised that I would take the updated appointment date but that I would be leaving a review on the commentary given. I was then told that would be unfair and that they do not wish to do business with me. They advised me to return the Groupon. I've attached a copy of the correspondence as proof. Unbelievable. read more

Let me tell you, it is not easy to find a company that will actually show up to wash Pella windows ~ believe me, I have been on a quest. What's the deal with Pella windows? you might ask. They open. So a lot of windows just have an inside and an outside window to clean. I have 2 middle windows that need to be cleaned ~ so each window has four sides. Not only are there 4 sides, my windows have removable grids. Kudos to Marco, Leo, and Natalie who spent 6 and a half hours cleaning my windows. They earned every star and then some. I was worried that once again, I might have been scammed, but they were here, very professional, neat, and very hard workers. I could not even watch when they climbed to clean the second story windows in my family room. I am afraid of heights, so a one step stool is more my speed. They let me know when they were done. After years of looking at the hand print of a previous window cleaner who tried and gave up, this morning the sun was shining through bright, clean, smear clear, smudge clear, streak free windows. My husband said it was a pleasure to look through the windows. Two very satisfied customers who would highly recommend this company and use them again. read more

Loved that they showed up with masks. Their crew tackled inside and outside in super speed! I knew my windows were dirty, but after they left I realized they were worse than I thought. They even worked around dogs, sleeping babies and remote learners. I wish I took before pics so I could show how much work they did. But I'm also glad I didn't because they were filthy I will definitely be having them back out at least annually! read more

New Vista Window Cleaning - Window Washing Near Me - Montgomery , Illinois

Marco & Crystal came out Saturday morning a little before our 8:00 start time. They did the windows inside and out, cleaned the gutters and power washed the garage floor. They pulled everything out of the garage and helped me put everything back since I knew where I wanted my "stuff". They were GREAT and did everything they said they would do and very polite. Very clean and went right to work. I will using them again next year! Tom Kenney read more

Not good. Less than 15 minutes prior to a scheduled appointment time, which we had planned on for over two weeks, they canceled- by text. Not even a phone call. Very unprofessional. They proposed another date a week away that I was unavailable for. After I told them that that date would not work, they stopped responding. Would recommend avoiding this business. read more

New Vista came to our house for gutter cleaning services and did a WONDERFUL job. Not only were the gutters well cleaned but they also did a thorough job in cleaning up the debris afterward. We also used their services for window cleaning last year which was also fantastic and why we chose them for this particular effort. Very good work, I would highly recommend them. read more

Beware if you buy the LivingSocial Deal - you will not leave without an upcharge. Purchased the gutter cleaning for $69 which was a good deal. Made sure that my gutter length was within the specified fine print. Originally scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning. Dispatcher called me Saturday morning and told me it was too cold and they would come Sunday. No show on Sunday and no call. They texted me on Monday and said they would be there in 30 minutes. Fortunately, I was off work so I was home when they arrived. Crew of 2 showed up and checked the roof. They said there was too much mud and debris in the gutters and it would be $45 extra dollars on the spot or they would leave and I had to cancel the Living Social Coupon. The fine print does not say anything about this extra charge. The only relevant item says "$1.25 per foot applies to heavily wooded areas or overflow". Neither applies in my case. Since I didn't want to have to go through the hassle of hiring another gutter cleaning service I told them to go ahead. They finished in less than 45 minutes even with all the "extra work". I argued with the guy and told him I would give him $25 since I thought that was fair. He refused. I ended up giving him $40 so he would leave and that was that. read more

Great Service, they also completed my screens very quickly. Will definitely use them in the future.

This was my first time using New Vista to clean all of my windows, screens and sills. I am writing a review as last year I used a different company, that I would never recommend, or use again. I am so glad I decided to use New Vista, mostly due to their positive reviews. Their crew came out this morning and cleaned all the windows/screens, french door, etc on our 2-story home. Marco was so polite, as were all of the employees. Their attention to detail was obvious, and the windows are so clean and clear, it looks like I don't even have screens! I highly recommend New Vista and will definitely use them again. read more

Purchased living social deal. Prompt, and performed work quickly and did an excellent job. Extra charges however for cleaning screens, sills, and extra windows. Even had them clean our two story entry chandelier. Would recommend read more

Beware of purchasing the Living Social deal: Although advertised under Chicago, this company does not serve at all within the city limits--only the western suburbs. I found out only after spending the $60 for their voucher and trying to schedule an appointment. It clearly states, "Serving Aurora and the Surrounding Area" here on Yelp.com, but that's mentioned nowhere on their Living Social offer. read more

New Vista team did an amazing job! They truly exceeded my expectations. We have older windows and it's been many, many years since our windows (inside & outside) have been cleaned. They removed the dirt accumulation. Very thorough and detailed in their work. They wore masks the whole time they were inside our home. Team was very friendly, efficient, and thorough. They did an AMAZING job!! Great communication as well. I highly, highly recommend New Vista. We will bring them back to clean more windows and power wash our deck. read more

I wish I could give no stars...WORST costumer service ever, Save yourself time and frustration...getting an appointment it's an impossible task with them, the first they gave a month away, which of course they didn't showed up and the next rescheduled appointment they put it down for the wrong date, mind you I have to take days off work to be able to be at home...they made me took a day of the first time, I was for sure NOT going to do that again for a shitty a$$ company that can't get their things together, cancelled the service (which I already had payed for) and changed it to another company which gave me an appointment in a week.... thank you very much! read more

I just had the full service window cleaning done on my whole house and my windows are crystal clear. Natalie, Leo and Marco were very professional and friendly. Full service means they clean the windows, sills and the screens, in side and out. They even pointed out a crack in my guest bedroom that i had not seen due to window treatments. They also showed me that 3 of my windows starting to fog so that I could call on my window warranty with the manufacturer. I thought their prices were reasonable and the work they did was outstanding. I will use New Vista again. read more

Spotless windows and outstanding service! New Vista is the only company I will call to have my windows cleaned. They take great care and do simply an outstanding job. Prompt, fair price, & excellent work. I strongly recommend their service.

This is my second year to use New Vista and I can't say enough good things about their service. They are always on time, clean, professional, and work quickly. They did all my windows (inside and out- and I have 14 including my sliding door) for $59. I have a one story home. Sills and screens are extra. And they did have to cancel my original appt because of thunderstorms, but immediately set a date for a re-visit. NEW VISTA 630 397-8462 Give them a try, you'll be so glad you did. LB read more

I had an appointment for them to come out on a Saturday morning at 10 AM. When they did not show up I called the number listed and nobody responded until 4 hours later They said they were backed up and they will be at my house at 2 o'clock. Very unprofessional wasted my Saturday waiting for them. Also they said you don't have to purchase the Groupon through Groupon. They said they can honor the price if you pay them direct. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We had them scheduled to come on Sunday, because they were so busy. My wife stayed home from going to my daughters volleyball tournament. They NEVER came or CALLED. I called & left a vm on Sunday and no one EVER called back to apologize or explain. I own multiple businesses & I would never think to treat a customer like that, the old no call no show. I would honestly use someone else instead of these people. read more

We missed the Groupon but they still gave us the price. Two guys came and did all the windows in my 2800sf house on 3 floors in 3hrs. They did charge extra for screens/sills but they removed the screens, washed them with soap, and replaced them. They worked hard and really did a nice job. I'll be a return customer. read more
