I am truly satisfied with the work that Frank and Maria of Denisse's Cleaning Services provided. I live in a 4 bedroom house in the Vernon Hills / Long Grove area and requested most, if not all of the house be swept, dusted, wiped-down, and mopped. I am not kidding when I say, I did a walk-through of my own kitchen when they left and it was sparkling. There was actual light rays reflecting from my granite counter-tops due to a thorough wipe-down. Frank also mentioned they used germicide cleaner for showers and bathroom sinks. I was very happy to hear that. Not only did they work fast, but they were very thorough. They completed all rooms in the estimated amount of time and added finishing touches as an added service with no extra charge. Denise and Frank are awesome! We rented a townhouse and the place was extremely dirty before we moved in. We called Frank and Denise and they came to our rescue the very next day! Three people showed up to clean the entire townhouse from top to bottom and they did an amazing job! They even cleaned the windows, oven, and refrigerator! I called them back two weeks later to clean after we had moved in and they were very meticulous - they wiped every counter, dusted every surface, thoroughly cleaned all bathrooms and showers, mopped, vacuumed, emptied all trash cans around the house and even applied special cleaners to the kitchen so that greasy and oil wouldn't stick! Great job! I have a loft condo and there are lots of place for dust and dirt to accumulate and they went high and low to clean. I can now see through the oven door and they even cleaned the track to the sliders and the tray that sits under the washer. Hired these guys before we moved into our home for deep cleaning. I don't know why I chose these guys as they were the costliest as compared to other quotes that I got. The first red flag was when Frank told me that they will need no one in the house as they don't like any disturbance. We didn't think that this would turn out to be a bad decision. The second red flag was that Frank kept reminding me to bring his check/money for the work at least 3 times. They asked for 2-3 hours and when we came back there were too many cobwebs in the garage. I had specifically asked to clean some of the focus areas, garage being one of them. There were some other things like some of the areas were not vacuumed, dirty nook lighting fixture. There were number of other things that we found next day which were never cleaned. The house had cobwebs in the bathroom, bedrooms, etc. Dirt on Baseboard moldings. Kitchen shelves were never cleaned. Two stars for mopping the floors, cleaning the oven, microwave and refrigerator. Based on the money these guys charged,I would never recommend these folks to anyone. read more
