I received a full year of bi-weekly cleaning service from Pro Tidy as a gift beginning in May 2014. What a gift! I quickly reached out to Ben regarding my services and assured me service would be great and Agnes was our lady. I will not lie, I sat and thought to myself "is she really go to clean like I do?" I will say the first two times were a test for both Agnes and I....some things were cleaned great and others mediocre. Through excellent communication my needs/concerns were met during the third cleaning and every time thereafter. The few times I had spoken with Agnes she was extremely friendly and understanding. I finally met Agnes a couple of weeks ago. I had just gotten home from a two night stay in the hospital with one of my sons and was tired/cranky and dealing with two boys who were both under the weather. All the boys wanted to do was help Agnes and I all I wanted them to do was leave her alone, be quiet, and eat lunch. Agnes won! She was so friendly with the boys giving them tasks to make them feel like they were helping. She took the time to answer there 100 questions, probably 99 of them were "why?" and she never was cross or annoyed. Agnes has definitely been a great "addition" to this household. Pro Tidy Cleaning Service does a very thorough, top-to-bottom job each and every time they clean out house. We have a custom built home that has lots of specialized woodwork, flooring, etc. Pro Tidy's team knew exactly what to do as far as what was required to clean and maintain the various trim work, build outs, etc., that we have. They take a room and look at it in a top-to-bottom way that tops of window moldings, even higher shelves, etc., are all cleaned EACH time. AND - we've had them now for at least a year and I haven't seen any slacking going on. Usually after a certain time passes, the cleaning company you have may start to feel a bit - comfortable - and not do as thorough a job. Not in the case of Pro Tidy's professionals!! What we REALLY like on top of all that is the email reminders sent to remind me that our cleaning team is expected that week AND we can pay via credit card!! After going through a few other cleaning services in the Arlington Heights area, we could never find that perfect clean. Though as difficult as it is to find the cleaning service that attends to ALL the customers needs, I can honestly say Pro Tidy 4S cleaning system is by far the most thorough and detailed system I have found. They hit on every detail and part of their system is to scan check the areas they cleaned to ensure the system was followed properly. After working myself for ServiceMaster for 5 years cleaning homes, carpeting, disaster clean up etc., Pro-Tidy has an expectation from each of their in-house certified cleaners far above what I have witnessed. We went from a monthly cleaning to a bi-weekly cleaning primarily due to their high attention to detail and excellent customer service. They also have outstanding price points comparatively to other cleaning services in the area. I would definately recommend them for any home or commercial cleaning needs. I have been using Pro Tidy for approx. 8 months and the cleaning is consistently great. I tried one other service prior to hiring Pro Tidy and for 1/2 the cost I get 10 times the results. They work with me on my schedule and I now have them come in 2X per month. I just open my back door and can tell Agnes has been there just by the smell of clean.
