There were stains in the master bedroom they couldn't get out but they let me know. And the whole house smelled wonderful afterwards! As we talked about "at least any cooties in the house are now mine." The price was fair, especially since they didn't leave until after 6p. Oh, and go to their website! It's newly redesigned and I think it helps inspire confidence in this company (if this review isn't enough for you.)

I am not kidding when I say, I did a walk-through of my own kitchen when they left and it was sparkling. There was actual light rays reflecting from my granite counter-tops due to a thorough wipe-down. Frank also mentioned they used germicide cleaner for showers and bathroom sinks. I was very happy to hear that. Not only did they work fast, but they were very thorough. They completed all rooms in the estimated amount of time and added finishing touches as an added service with no extra charge. I do believe Frank and Maria want you to be satisfied so that you will be a returning customer. I will definitely reach out to Frank and Maria regularly and refer them to friends and relatives.

Had a deep clean scheduled for Monday of this week so we could have professional photos of the home…read morethe next day. Initially the email confirmation had the wrong day. We got that figured out. Then we were contacted and asked to move the cleaning, which was not possible since we were having the photos the next day. This too got figured out and they came as scheduled on Monday. Cleaner arrived on time and was very nice. Majority of the deep clean went very very well. I noticed after she left multiple areas on the checklist we were provided on the invoice were untouched. The washer and dryer were not touched. There were areas that were still very dusty, or that were half cleaned. For instance, in my daughter's bedroom the night stand has a recessed area, and only the front half was dusted. If you look in, the back half was untouched. The windowsill in the master bedroom was untouched, the curtains were not opened. The floors in the kitchen and dining room looked like they were not sufficiently scrubbed, as I was able to get what looked like "stuck on dirt" off VERY easily. The TV cabinet had a large mark on the front of it, which I easily wiped off after the cleaner left. The baseboards were also untouched in the kitchen. Honestly, the house looks great, maid green did an excellent job with the bathrooms and making the house sparkle. But the attention to detail just seemed a bit off. I should not have been able to wipe so much dust off of my daughter's dresser. There should not have been a pile of dust left on a desk. I recommend this service but please take your time looking over your home before letting the cleaner go. I was able to finish up all the areas that were missed, but if you won't have time to do a second run, you'll want to make sure that your cleaner has gotten to every area.

We had an attic that was not circulating any air and causing a whole host of issues. Javier came to our home to assess the situation. We worked out plan and he provided a fair quote which we both agreed upon. On the scheduled work day, Javier and his team arrived on time and did exactly as planned. 2 bathroom vent fans were installed in a timely manner. While in the attic, Javier cleared the soffits of insulation and ensured all the baffles were stapled back up and operating the way they should be. By doing this, the air circulation in the attic was vastly improved and the impact could immediately be felt. This is by no means the end of all our attic issues, but this is definitely a good start. Throughout the whole process, Javier and his team were courteous and made sure we were aware of what was going on at all times. He took pictures to show what was done and alerted us to other areas of concern. Final payment was exactly what was agreed upon. Javier even returned 2 days later to ensure everything was up to par and to our liking. I will definitely be calling upon Javier and his team in the future for any other projects.

The stars are for the great customer service, however, the cleaning people except one was not good…read more The first time I hired Kleanguru was to clean out my rental and told them it was a move out cleaning and there was only two bathrooms to clean plus a small kitchen and mop floors (only entry and going to laundry room and the kitchen) a very small space. I told them the place was just painted so no dusting required and carpet was cleaned professionally and that didn't need vacuuming either. The job was supposed to take 3-4 hours but it needed an additional hour to hour and half for her to finish everything. I will say the cleaner was a nice lady and didn't speak English well but funny how they understood some things and not the others! After almost 5 1/2 hours the place was still not cleaned thoroughly as you would do a move out! I let the customer service know and they sent a very capable lady to finish the mopping and cleaning of the inside of the cabinets that the first cleaning lady was supposed to do! The last lady did a good job and left very fast. So, I decided to give Kleanguru another chance to come and clean my house and specifically asked for the lady that came last as she spoke English and was fast and through. I was told she's not available and they sent another lady that didn't speak English either and kept using her phone to translate which was absolutely fine. Again this job was supposed to be 4 hours as there are 2 1/2 bathroom and a kitchen and I wanted the lady to dust everywhere and mop as I have allergies and it's a must. My house is always tidy and clean (just need the deep clean every few months)! Even when we were touring the place she said "it's so clean"! I told her I expected her to clean the first floor for a few hours. And then maybe one to one and half hours upstairs and the basement just needed vacuuming. I assumed she understood as I translated it for her. She started in the kitchen and was talking on her phone a good while. She was there for almost an hour and it's a small kitchen so I excepted to be perfect. However, she didn't even clean under the toaster and other few small appliances as there was crumb there. She didn't even clean the sink well as I had to re-do it myself. She spend another hour or so and then went upstairs and there's a small full bath that she really didn't do anything to except push dirt around as they would say. She didn't even vacuum well. She came to me and said she has only 10 minutes left of the 4 hours and what I wanted to do and I told her to go to the basement and just vacuum that's all. She was there a few minutes and didn't even vacuum the area as you walk in since there was a cobweb I had left to see if she will clean it up. She didn't! She was on her phone constantly. She left and I paid the company directly and when asked I told them she didn't really clean well. I was told that 4 hours was not enough time and they needed another half to one hour more. I sent pictures of the items I mentioned above that wasn't cleaned and they didn't respond. Basically hopefully it'll be better next time with more hours added! Unfortunately, when you deal with such companies and they make money off of their crew, they always find a way to add more hours so they make more money. None of the cleaning people did a good job except the one.
