Reservation for 2 cleaners for 3 hours. 3 days before the service was scheduled to occur I received a call rescheduling the cleaning from a morning arrival to an afternoon arrival. Inconvenience sure but not a deal breaker. As a local, small business owner I understand things happen outside our control sometimes, especially in times of a pandemic. Day of cleaning, 6 hours before service is to start, I receive a call stating 1 cleaner has an emergency and they will be sending only 1 cleaner not 2 and they will get the clean done in 6 hours or less now. Day of cleaning 4 hours before service is to start I receive call for cancellation of service. No cleaner will be coming and they can reschedule for 2 days later. Again the service I booked was a move out clean. 2 days later is after the keys will be returned to the rental company. Not only did they cancel but they have my money on bank hold for a service they didn't complete! Horrible experience. Breach of contract. Cannot understand how a business can function this way.

The cleaning itself was generally in line with other services we've used. I did need to ask for one bathroom counter to be re-cleaned, as it appeared to have been missed, but Jazmin was responsive and took care of it without any issue. The main surprise was the cost. The rate ended up being significantly higher than what we typically pay for similar services. Given the short-notice nature of the job, that may have been a factor, but at that price point it would be difficult for us to use the service on a regular basis throughout the year. For the rate charged, I would have expected more of a deep-clean level of detail, whereas this felt closer to a light or standard clean. Overall, the experience was fine and professional, but the pricing was higher than expected relative to the scope of work.

I am not kidding when I say, I did a walk-through of my own kitchen when they left and it was sparkling. There was actual light rays reflecting from my granite counter-tops due to a thorough wipe-down. Frank also mentioned they used germicide cleaner for showers and bathroom sinks. I was very happy to hear that. Not only did they work fast, but they were very thorough. They completed all rooms in the estimated amount of time and added finishing touches as an added service with no extra charge. EcoClean is a horrible option for restoration. I had to fire them and am investigating my legal…read moreoptions. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Tony did ok for water mitigation after a water leak, but for RESTORATION, it was over 10 months, and they basically did everything wrong in my home bouncing between multiple unskilled, unreliable managers. My glue down vinyl floor wasn't installed properly with horrible workmanship, slices in tiles that cut your feet (see photo) that the entire floor had to be ripped out and redone twice. Floor still has issues with tiles popping up for no reason. The house was left with sawdust and splinters all over. Debris clogging vents and furnace got impacted with saw dust, causing costly furnace repair. Quartz countertop was ruined with scratches, stains, and superglue all over the underside (see photo) from having to detatch and reattach the counter several times because of their incompetence (forgetting to mount sink). They turned down professional recommendations and offered to sand the countertop 'in place", not even knowing the quartz dust is toxic. Cabinets installed were darker shade and unmatched style, had to correct, and sides of cabinets are scratched and banged up. Electric for garbage disposal installed improperly twice. Basement insulation installed improperly, still falling down. Walls (see photo) and closets painted only partially in non matched color. Seriously, they left it like that calling it "done". Trim and baseboards have noticeable slices in wood. They're installed and painted very poorly. I would NEVER recommend EcoClean for anything and caution anyone who uses them.
