My wife was employed by Ashley's cleaning company for over one month, bringing with her four years of prior experience as a house cleaner. She was recently terminated, with the company attributing the loss of several clients to her performance. However, the issues stemmed from another employee who had been with the company for five years and recently resigned due to struggles with substance abuse. Additionally, a current employee, who has been with the company for five months, consistently delivers substandard work and is frequently distracted by her phone. Despite these factors, the company unfairly blamed my wife for its declining performance. Throughout her employment, my wife maintained an excellent record with minimal client complaints and promptly addressed any concerns that arose. Furthermore, the company never required her to sign a contract. When my wife began sharing photos of her cleaning work to attract new clients independently, Ashley, the company owner, contacted her, threatening legal action and demanding that she remove the images. Additionally, after the aforementioned employee who struggled with substance abuse resigned, Ashley visited her home, aggressively banging on the door and using profanity. This behavior is highly unprofessional, as employees who resign are not obligated to provide explanations or engage further with their former employer. Such actions demonstrate a lack of respect and professionalism. While we do not discourage others from working for or engaging with this company, we strongly believe there are alternative cleaning services that operate with greater professionalism and treat their employees and clients with more respect. We are deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and unjust treatment my wife experienced at this company. Additionally, my wife and the employer had an agreement that my wife could pick me up from work at 2:00 PM to drive me home. If this arrangement was problematic, the employer should have communicated this to my wife. We would have been willing to arrange alternative transportation, such as using rideshare services or securing other rides. The employer later claimed that this schedule was an issue, but we believe this was merely an excuse to temporarily utilize my wife's services until they could find someone whose availability better suited their needs. Professionally, the employer should have addressed any concerns directly with my wife, allowing us to find a mutually agreeable solution. Not to mention, she's never met my wife in person. First impressions when the three ladies arrived was that 2 of the helpers looked like they just woke up. Natalie is a very down to earth person and great to talk to. We took our dogs for a long adventure while the ladies cleaned. They did a good job cleaning and we were excited to reschedule them. She was supposed to send me the bill and schedule the next appointment, but nothing. When we finally were able to lock in a time and date they didn't show up on time not did they let us know they were gonna be late. They were supposedly at our house but never knocked or rang the bell cuz we were home. Natalie uses excuse after excuse first the "billing department" messed up then they got new phones and didnt have our information to call us even though they were in our driveway. It's clear NATALIE IS OVERWHELMED and has too much of a workload for her and her girls to handle. Then she finally sends me a bill a month later and messages me 3 times wanting it paid ASAP cuz it was overdue (she forgot to initially send it). I would give this company 10 stars if the option existed!!! I am a business owner and a homeowner of a 10,000 square foot residence. I will tell you I have had several different style cleaning services in the past, from corporate cleaning services to mom and pop shops. Reflections cleaning service combines the best of both worlds. They are extremely friendly and courteous like you would find in an owner/operator company and they provide the professionalism that you would find in a corporate atmosphere. I have dealt with several different companies and individuals in the past but now that I found Reflections I will never look back. They are extremely friendly and their pricing is better than competitive. I just hope they don't raise their prices, because for what they provide, they can't be beat! Natalie and Adrian have been cleaning my house for about 18 months, and I am very happy with their service. Here are some of the specific things I like about Reflections Cleaning: 1. Communication and timeliness. Natalie always confirms appointments beforehand with us, and then they show up when they're supposed to. 2. Thoroughness. We have two long-haired dogs, and when either dog is blowing coat, there can be dog hair everywhere. They do an excellent job chasing down all the dust (and hair) bunnies. 3. Attitude. They're always cheerful and easy to deal with--which also makes it easier to trust them in my house. The only quirk I would mention is that they keep track of the bathrooms they clean by leaving the toilet seats up, so I find that after every cleaning, my wife asks me why I left the seat up in bathrooms that I never actually use (such as the guest bedroom, for instance)! We have used the service of Reflections housekeeping service for the past several years. We began with service in order to get our home thoroughly cleaned each month. We were so pleased with the cleaning that we looked forward to her arrival each month. We have a dog that Natalie was able to work around. I appreciate the professional job that Natalie and Adrian did. When I called to set up service they arrived at my house to give a quote within a day and then were at my house the following week for cleaning. They came prepared with plenty of supplies. They meticulously cleaned the baseboards and and did a great job on the floors. There is not a single streak on any mirror or glass surface.
