I hired Gloria cleaning service on 4-4 -24. They were prompt. I requested a deep cleaning. I paid extra for their products, such as easy off oven cleaner (didn't have) Pledge to dust (didn't have), Murphy's wood cleaner, Which I had to stop the cleaner from smearing my floors with fabuloso. I opened windows because the fabuloso smell was so strong, It made me nauseous. They Smeared cleaned my house with fabuloso. Even the stove/oven. In terms of mopping, that was a joke, the white Towels were dirty and grimy, looking, and there was no mob. Nor spongehead. . . I could go on. However, I had to call the main office to have someone Come back and clean the bathroom floor, That wasn't clean, nor was it mopped. And the hallway floor that was not cleaned. I used Gloria services for the first time yesterday. I booked it for three hours and they sent me two cleaning ladies. They were prompt and on time. The two ladies were truly great !! They did AN excellent job cleaning and was very thorough in cleaning the Kitchen, Bathroom , and Bedroom. I was satisfied with the cleaning and will be using them again as long as I can get the same two ladies again. Very Satisfied!!! Great Work. read more

AMAZING ! I am so happy I came across them. The crew came in and preformed nothing short of a miracle. My kitchen was spotless, the floors and bathrooms were the same. On time, professional, very detailed ! As a working mom of 3 young ones, we needed the help and I am so happy I called them. If I could give no stars I would, but I have to leave one for this review. First off, the cleaning service was awful. There was still dust on some of the furniture, faucets had prints, and the cleaners vacuumed around items, although a "deep cleaning" was specified which cost $220 and is very expensive for this service. Not only was the cleaning sub par, several items were missing after their visit. Cleaners took it upon themselves to move personal items around and to even throw items out into bags in the garage. The owners and management were very inconsiderate, and refused to replace the items that went missing. The owner stopped returning phone calls and had a "manager" return my telephone call, whom went to the extent of verbally calling me a liar. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any cleaning service. Customer service is awful, and the overall service was just as bad. Use this service at your own risk. read more

I contracted their services to clean my son's apartment. I was very hesitant to hire a service because most of the time, they surface clean and afterwards your place is not satisfactory. They came in and cleaned and WOW! I've never seen anyone clean so well. I've had maid services for years and let me tell you, they are better than I've ever experienced! The staff frequently changes and I fired them because I saw one of them use a rag she was cleaning the floor with use it on the counter. They didn't clean the second floor at all and wanted full pay. read more

Gloria Cleaning Services was wonderful! We used them for a thorough cleaning before placing our home for sale and they were outstanding! If we were staying in the area, I would've gladly used their ongoing cleaning services. I loved the on-site quote process. We walked through the house, room by room to rundown my and their expectations so there were no surprises. It was quick and easy! The staff was friendly, courteous and professional! They cleaned our home impeccably! I'm talking every nook and cranny was spotless! They exceeded my expectations! I would HIGHLY recommend them! The best, most thorough cleaning job I have ever experienced. From scrubbing the stove (all parts!) to deep-cleaning the fridge (including sorting and tossing, with my permission, old condiments I never knew I had--I love the extra space!) I can't wait to use Gloria Services again. I am surprised I am the first legit Yelper to sing their praises. I stumbled upon them and I am thrilled I did. Great people, great company. These women were professional and skilled. Not a crevice was overlooked. Setting up the appointment was easy, too, even though I only gave them two days' notice. They even sent over one of the owners for a quick estimate the same day I called so I knew exactly how much money I was committing to paying. It was well worth every cent. I used Gloria Services once a month for about a year. The cleaning service was fairly decent and the ladies were very polite but I stopped using them because of poor customer service on the part of the owner, Marcia. During a cleaning, one of the employees accidentally broke an expensive wine glass. When I contacted the owner, Marcia, she offered to replace it. By the next service, she let me know she had not replaced the glass and that I should deduct the cost from my service. At this time I informed Marcia that I couldn't purchase just one glass since they are only sold in a set for $59. I deducted that cost from my service, she agreed, and in my mind the issue was resolved. A month later, Marcia asked me to give her the second glass from the set or $30. I cancelled any further cleanings at this point, in part due to her incredibly rude tone when communicating with me and mostly for poor customer service. From a customer service standpoint, this shouldn't have happened. Had she done what she initially offered and replaced the glass herself, I would have no problem and wouldn't be in the awkward position of having to give her a wine glass or $30. She would have kept me as a client indefinitely but felt that $30 or a wine glass was more valuable than my long term business. Really? In a business that relies heavily on word of mouth referrals, she cut her nose to spite her face. read more
