Vanessa and the awesome team of women are fantastic. If I need to focus on something I can call the office and let them know. Please DO NOT HIRE this company. The crew was 2 hours late with no initiated communication from them. One cleaner spent an entire hour just in my shower and the other sat on my tub and talked to her while she was cleaning. When I asked that they leave the bathroom to do my kitchen and common areas, they assured me they could finish it all in 1 hour. My carpet still had particles not picked up by the vacuum, my tile floors were still dirty, counters were cleared but not wiped and a full sink of dished was left (even though the dishwasher was available for use). Have had relatively good service from them over the past two years. However, customer service has become really poor in the last few months. CCMS regularly calls at the beginning of the week to reschedule our weekly cleaning to a different time to suit their schedule, rather than ours. This was by far one of my worst experience with home cleaning services. Everything I asked them to do was not something to do. They wouldn't even wipe down banisters or base boards or mop the shoe closet they stated thats a "deep clean" and they don't move shoes or anything as a matter of fact, they ran out of time and didnt even tell me they did not do the laundry room at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED highly suggest you steer clear of this company., VERY QUICK IN AND OUT. Over 16 years with the same company. I have moved 3 times and still have Constant Clean do my house cleaning. Over all those rates their rates have changed very little. They are fast, reliable, efficient. If they weren't I would not still be using them. If you want to beat house work and come home to a clean house I recommend them. They know our large dogs and family and are very friendly to all! I called these people a month ago and they were very professional on the phone. A nice lady came out to give me an estimate. They sent two ladies out right away to clean. The ladies did a nice job and I was so excited to have someone clean my house, as my husband and I work all the time. So, that said, hubby and I agree that I need to be home for them to come over and we decide on twice a month, just to have them dust and mop and clean the bathrooms. The first initial "appt." time, I wait and hover around the front door and they never show up. I call, after about a half hour, because now, I'm pressed for time. The woman on the phone says, "Didn't someone call you to tell you that the work orders got mixed up?" No. She says she'll call and find out where they are, but by this time, I can't stay home because I have other appts. to get myself to. I cancel. Two weeks go by and I'm again hovering around the front door at the appointed time. A half hour goes by and I have the house all ready to go for them to do everything. I call again. They screwed up and went to a different house first. I cancel all future appts. They say, "Okay. Thanks and goodbye." Not even an apology. (I know that I wasn't talking to the owner, because they were much more attentive than that.) I guess if you're going to use them, give them a key and they can show up whenever. I have an appt.-based business and I am fairly punctual. If I wasn't, I wouldn't be in business. If you're going to promise someone an appointed time, then honor that time. Otherwise, don't offer it. This was the first time I paid a cleaning service to clean my home, but Constant Clean made it a great first experience. My father handled selecting them out of about 3 or 4 local services. He said the owner was a very nice gentleman and seemed to be an honest businessman. I was not around when they cleaned, but my father said they were very pleasant and thorough. When I came back home I did not recognize my house. They did an amazing job cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and doing the carpets. I am considering having them on a somewhat regular basis. read more

I was WAY overcharged for a deep cleaning that ended up being a basic clean. My house still had cobwebs, baseboards and woodwork in kitchen were not cleaned, even a toilet was left un-cleaned! I called to complain and they sent a crew back out to the house to review and go back over what was not completed. They arrived and when my mother in law left not even half hour later, my neighbor advised me that they left right after her. If I wanted a basic clean, it wouldn't have been that bad but I did get charge $170 additional of a basic clean and I have to now finish cleaning the house. The carpet edgings weren't even vacuumed. I had 3 people at my office waiting for my opinions on the work I received, as they were going to call for estimates. They wont be contacting this company now. I would NOT recommend them, unless you want a basic clean at an extreme price rate! read more

All I can say is, you shouldn't have to go back over what PROFESSIONAL cleaners cleaned to get it clean! This was the first time we ever hired anyone to clean, but we bought a foreclosed home that had been sitting empty for 2 years and it needed heavy duty cleaning from top to bottom. The walls were filthy, kids handprints and shoe prints everywhere. They obviously had a large dog that rubbed all up and down the length of the hallway wall and it left a large area of black from the oils on the dogs fur. The house is empty, so we hired Constant Clean to do the job. The owner and my fiance' talked in great length about the house and what it needed done and he gave us a price and told us he'd call back to let us know when he could get a team out to go to town and clean up the house, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, cupboards, basement......everything. Next morning I was at the house only because we were expecting paint to be delivered by fed ex (special no odor, no VOC paint from ecospaints.net). Around 10:30am I get a knock on the door from 2 girls from Constant Clean saying they were there to clean the house??? We had no knowledge of them coming at all. We were not called and nothing had been officially set up. Nonetheless, they were there, hey, go ahead and start cleaning then. We were told that a "team" of people would be doing the job whenever he got people together. 2 in the kitchen, one in each bedroom, 2 in the basement etc. They said their work order was to clean for 2 1/2 hours and they were supposed to clean the walls and ceilings throughout the house. They used our cleaners as I have multiple chemical sensitivities and they had no problem doing that thank goodness. However, the one girl cleaned the walls with a mop-type gadget and I say cleaned loosely as it was just lightly gone over. The other girl went behind her to catch the drips with a small sponge and would then dip her sponge into the filthy black water to go over what the first girl just did!!! What??? You "clean" the walls with DIRTY water? Normally you'd have a seperate clean water bucket to do that with! I offered the brushes and sponges that we purchased for them to use for the areas that needed scrubbing, but they felt their tools were superior somehow. sigh When they were leaving, they gave me a receipt and asked how I wanted to pay. What?! We didn't even know they were coming and the job was not completed and what was completed was done very subpar! No, I am not paying you right now, are you kidding me? Next day we had talked with the wife of the owner and told her we wanted them to go back over the walls with CLEAN rinse water as they obviously had not. I was not there, we left it unlocked for them to come in and finish the rest of the walls and ceilings upstairs. When we got to the house that night we were sorely disappointed once again in their work. The living room wall with all the handprints on it (dark, like dirt not light prints) we could tell had been lightly cleaned with probably that same mop. I got the scrub brush and dipped it in a bucket with my cleaners and lo and behold it came off! Didn't take much elbow grease either cause I have neck, back and shoulder problems and can't do this kind of work which is one of the many reasons we hired someone. So, we proceeded to get our own flat sponge mop we had purchased for them to use, but they didn't and we went to town. My fiance' went over every wall and we could really tell a difference! Such a shame, cause it would've been nice to be on here writing a rave review about them because they ARE nice people and the cleaners themselves were nice, just more for very very very light cleaning. This obviously wasn't the company for the job. We are new to the area, he's working 12+hours a day and we didn't have the time or the ability to really clean this house properly before we move in. We hire a company they fail us and now we are left to try to do what we can, getting very little sleep, before the movers show up. Not a company I'd recommend at all for serious deep cleaning. If you need some light dusting, they'll probably do just fine. read more

This company did very poor work. We contacted them to clean the house We were moving into. They came out and walked through. No surprises. Not! Our first mistake was letting them clean alone. Areas that we paid for were never cleaned. Showers not,cleaned. Floors not cleaned. Missed tons of stuff. They were supposed to clean refrigerator and failed to touch it. They called toward end of day and said that time was,running out. Mind you, they quoted price for job Like a moron, I said keep cleaning. Ended up $100 more and still was not completed. Called them next day to complain and especially about refrigerator. They sent out 2 rushed ladies to clean. Refrigerator was not 100% finished. This job cost us over $300. Total waste of money. I was referred to this company through our realtor... she had recommended them to others in the past and got positive feedback. That is until this experience.. Called and made an appointment to have their estimator come out and view our home and provide us with a bid for services. Prior to the scheduled appointment time, received a call from the owner that their estimator was unable to come out , but he was sending someone who was in training to become one of their estimators. This person arrived and gathered the information she needed and would back to the office and have it reviewed. I asked when someone would get back with me, she said 24-48 hours. I expressed the time frame I had since it was being listed with the realtor. She understood, but reiterated that she was in training. I completely understood that, and appreciated the time spent. At this point, I felt confident about this company, even before I received their bid. That confidence was short lived. I never heard back from them. After a week and several voice mails and messages left to return calls went unanswered... one last attempt was made. Finally after over a week one final phone call was made , the estimator (Pat) answered .I shared the scenerio with her... even mentioning that I were told she had something unexpected occur that prevented her from coming out. She said she would get back with me. Pat did call back and said she had nothing from the person that came out... although they took pride in their customer service - she couldnt explain what happened. Then asked... what do you want us to then? I was puzzled thinking your now going to provide me an estimate over the phone without having information on the property? You wasted my time and your employees. I shared shared my frustration with her.. stating this was unacceptable... she said then asked... what do you want me to do? I said what your company said they were going to do when I initially called. I then asked to speak to the owner... she got sarcastic and said he wasn't there... I don't keep track of him. WOW... is what came out of my mouth... as I ended the conversation thinking ..they take pride in their customer service??? Within ten minutes I received a phone call from the owner... I shared my frustrations with him... shared how I was treated by his employee... all he said was you need to move past this.. Move past what? The fact that I called your company initially... hearing how great they were... spend time waiting for them to arrive... agree to the timeframe they told me when they get back to me... never hear back from them after a week , and several attempts reaching out to them... then get told we can't explain why but we don't have any information from when our employee came out... can't explain why we never called you back after receiving your calls... and then to have someone be rude and sarcastic when I shared my frustrations... and now to hear you tell me I need to over it. I called Constant Clean because I have been on bedrest and my husband has been in charge. The house wasn't cluttered or anything... it basically needed a good floor cleaning and dusting, he does a great job keeping it picked up. I called because my family surprised me and called saying they would arrive in 5 hours from out of town and wanted my house to look nice (my husband was at work). I asked that they clean the kitchen (all newly remodeled and cabinets/counters/back splash, just installed so never used and not dirty at all!), the living room, 2 bathrooms and only sweep the basement floor and my sons room. Bob quoted me $80 over the phone and said they would send 2 ladies, he was very nice at this point. The ladies arrived and I introduced myself...then had to ask their names. Showed them what needed done..no problem. I sit down to do work on the laptop and I hear giggling and chatting, which is fine.. if they were doing their job I was PAYING for. A bit later one of the girls comes up and says "we're mopping out. Here's the work order are you paying cash? Do you plan to have us back on a normal basis?" I say yes, probably because we both work a lot and will have two kids" and pay her, expecting them to go thru a checklist of what they did and have me look over things... without even saying goodbye they walk out! I start looking around and they didn't sweep the big area rug, there was even a wrapper still laying on it! There was dust still under all the stands that was visable as you walked in a room, my bathroom floor looked as though it wasn't touched and I walk into my sons room and I picked up THREE HANDFULLS of cheerios that he had spilled and they didn't sweep!! I go into the basement and there was a giant baby jumperoo on the clean bed and a baby swing!! I was upset and called Bob back to tell him that I would not need them on a regular basis and he asks why. I begin telling him and he starts blaming it ON ME!! He said they probably needed more time, I explained I paid $80 for them to basically clean the floor and dust in 5 rooms and they couldn't even accomplish that.. I should NOT have to clean after they leave since I PAID for a service, the whole point in hiring someone is because I shouldn't be doing it!! If they needed more time they should have said something but if you are a professional, cleaning the floor and dusting shouldn't be rocket science! He kept talking over me and I wasn't trying to get a refund, just explaining and he kept standing up for them. I would NEVER suggest using this very UNPROFESSIONAL and very POOR SERVICE company! BEWARE!!! They make promises on the phone that they don't intend to keep. I moved into a new place and asked for a cleaning service. I was promised that a list of items that would be cleaned....however, it's really based on how long it takes. If they send out 2 people, that means that it is 2 hours worth of work. If they don't clean everything on the list as promised, they won't come back or finish the list. The owner reports his cleaners are guaranteed. This is not true!!! They had to come out twice, at which point the owner Bob told me that they would be there for an hour more!! I paid the company $250 for what?! Nothing!! TERRIBLE!! BEWARE! I will be contacting the better business bureau as I sent at least 30 pictures showing the owner how dirty it still was and he refused to acknowledge that he didn't fulfill his promise! I would compare this company to a used car salesman...great on the phone and tell you everything you want up hear, but when it comes time to produce or back up their promises...they are no where to be found! read more

However, we asked for the complete cleaning service advertised on the website for new home owners, and the "extras," like vents, behind refrigerators and under counters, that were promised were not completed which is why I gave 3 stars. I had them come to my house to clean before a house showing. It was a last minute request and they squeezed me in. I was very excited. I got home after them cleaning and they charged me $80, which I was fine with but my downstairs bathroom toilet was not cleaned, the 2 sinks upstairs were not cleaned, a glass table was full of fingerprints and I had stuff under my kitchen table. When I contacted them they told me that my house was a mess and they did not have enough time to clean it. Mind you our house is 80% moved out and EVERYTHING was picked up. It's a small townhouse!!! It just needed the basics done. The guy that runs this place was extremely rude to me and made me feel that my house deserved to be condemned or something. I have worked at Constnt Clean for awhile now and just quit over the unfairness they play on their employees.....the "cleaning sprays" for the houses or offices are not anti-bacterial and they re-use the same sponges and dirty rags for the houses. The rags smell like a horrible smelling toilet and Bob does not use soap to clean them!!!!! When we leave the house, it doesnt even smell like it has been cleaned. The employees have really BAD attitudes and just put on an act! They also expect a tip for their time n service. The staff is nice but they are not thorough. My home is not cluttered or filthy so when I had the initial consultation I requested that the cleaners pay special attention to dusting like air vents, ceiling fans, wood work and picture frames. Every time they leave I have to go over what they missed. I also noticed they don't pick up anything it appears they dust around. They also miss rooms. I spoke to one of the girls while she was cleaning and she told me they have so much time to clean each home I am curious if my home is always the last house of the day to get cleaned because it always looks like a rushed job.
