Had a kid birthday party i had to get my house ready for. I used NuWave and i must say the level of professionalism is hard to find now a days. They cleaned the base boards, appliances, and before leaving made sure i checked and approved of the work. They were on time and and polite. Also they offer a military discount. My only gripe was with the payment system as i was qouted a price but with the credit fee came out to $25 more. But as for their work they were great. read more

When done they made sure that we were satisfied by asking us to walk through the areas the cleaned. NuWave is very professional and courteous. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they had to use my water, and had to dump the dirty water in the sink (larger companies don't do this and some people prefer that). But I would definitely use NuWave again. I made a last minute appointment and they accommodated me. They were prompt and swift but thorough. I like the fact that they asked if they could do a walk through first so they could make sure the service they provided was what I was expecting. I have a stain in one of my bedrooms. NuWave warned me that it may not come out with a simple cleaning and in fact it may have to be died. I really appreciated them being forward and tactful. My carpet looks great and smells fresh, it was dry in about four hours just as they said. read more
