I work full time and have a very busy family life with raising kids etc. What's new, who isn't crazy busy these days! One way I have used to try to keep my sanity over the past 22 years is by having my home cleaned top to bottom by professionals regularly (every 2 weeks worked well for my family). Over the years, I have had experience with a few different cleaning services and I can tell you that these ladies at MaidPro of Northwest Indiana are worth their weight in gold. Very good customer service, very good attention to detail, and very fair pricing. Nice communication before and follow through after cleanings, asking what else they can do to help or if certain areas need extra attention for each particular visit. Once I committed to a set scheduled day and time, I was able to lock in the same Maid /crew for every cleaning. This is helpful not only to me but to the Maids as well, allowing for them to get used to my home and animals. I have used Maidpro for years and have never had an issue. We have had several cleaners in our home and trust all of them. They have all been very professional and the office staff has always been nothing but polite and very helpful. It is sad to see people leave such hateful reviews, especially in a time where the world is filled with hatred already. I will continue to use Maidpro because they are hard workers and I honestly could not imagine how crazy my life would be without them. I will not let someone's hateful opinion judge mine. This company is a scam! they quote you one price over the phone, and when it's all said and done it's a different price. They told me I would have two maid pros to arrive, only one showed and stated it would not be enough time to complete the job! So I basically paid 400$ for an incomplete job!! The company never called and said they only had one person for the job, acting like they didn't know what was going on.I have been using this service for almost 2 years and never had a problem!!! Nancy has been cleaning my house every other Tuesday for a couple of years or so now. I love her! She does a great job. It's always so nice coming home from work and the house is clean and tidy. She even does little things like bringing my trash barrel back into the garage after the trash pickup. That means on windy days I don't have to chase down my barrel when I get home. Residential cleaning is hard work! That's why I have to be in-the-mood to clean my house and the mood just hadn't struck. So, I called Maid-Pro! I am EXTREMELY picky but am also realistic, I know that no one is as anal-retentive as I am when it comes to EVERY SINGLE NOOK AND CRANNY. However, I honestly was very satisfied with my results!
