Dina spoke with me on the phone and made sure all my questions were answered. She even moved her schedule around to meet our needs. I started off by contacting this business via yelp for a quote and got no response by the next day. I called their number and spoke to Dina and explained what I needed. She told me someone could probably come by sometime that day to take a look. I just needed some small yard area work done that I sent a picture of. That was in the morning. By that evening I still hadn't heard back do I called this place back. The call went straight to voice-mail and then said the mailbox was full. I sent Dina a text asking to be updated on when I could expect someone. She responded a few hours later by TEXT not even a phone call. All she said was sorry they were busy. It is now the evening of the following day and still haven't heard back. Where is the professionalism, customer service, and just down right courtesy for a potential customer time!!! Horrible business with a total lack of respect. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional business if you could call it that. I would have given a 10 star rating because that is the service I received. Being up in age I needed help with packing, cleaning and the move itself. After speaking with Dina I felt confident that my possessions would be packed with care and the move would take place without a hitch. As stated, Dina and her crew came with all the necessary materials and packed my house in 2 days. The move was scheduled a 8:30am the following day and like clockwork Dina and her crew where there. My house was cleaned immaculately as was my new residence. Everything was placed in the proper place with no damage to any of my Ethan Allen furniture. I would highly recommend D & L Services!
