I didn't want to deal with an agency, I wanted a real person who was invested in and took pride their work . I went to visit a friend and noticed how nice and clean her house was. Well, I didn't say anything that visit, I just hung out. However, the next time I came over, her house was spotless and clean again and that time I said something. She introduced me to Donna of Personal Touch Cleaning Green and I set up an estimate right away. Donna is careful, does a great job, is personable and is trustworthy. She cleans to a shine and I love that my whole house is clean all at the same time when she is done. She does the job the right way the first time. I got on her client list and secured my spot before she booked up!! I look forward to her regular visits because I feel SO much better and happier when my house is clean. I am free to think about and attend to every other thing in my life, feel organized again and able to accomplish more!

We only requested deep cleaning and clearly stated that we wanted our home to be deep cleaned. We were never informed how many hours they would clean, nor were we told about their cleaning process. After exactly 3 hours, the cleaner left the house the moment the time was up, leaving behind a home that was still clearly dirty, as shown in the photos. When we gave feedback, they offered a $30 refund, which is honestly insulting. This service was a complete regret. Stay away from this company. A completely waste of money. I will also be filing a full dispute with my credit card company.

Her team ignored our request and used some super potent chemicals in our house. I asked them to stop and use ours. They agreed but then went back to using their own. Eventually I asked again and one of the cleaners made me speak to their boss who tried to convince me they need to use theirs. I made it clear that we chose them because they agreed to use our own products. They finally listened and used our own but the damage was already done. Right after the cleaning one of my children started having irritated eyes from the chemicals they used to wipe down the dresser and bed. If a service doesn't want to use third party products that's fine, just don't take the job. But to take the job saying you will and then not listen and then fight about it over the phone is not the sign of a high quality service. I strongly urge you to find another service.
