Chuck was on time, explained his methods, pointed out some areas before starting that appears to have been bleached due to some drops f cleaning products. He pointed them out before starting to letus know these were already there and nothing he could do about them. Very professional, set expectations, even cleaned a couple of cloth bar stools we asked him to try cleaning. He didn 't charge for those because he wasn't sure how effective he could be. We added a nice tip for the gesture, and, by the way, the stools were in fact cleaner than they were. Totally recommend this business for your carpet and upholtery cleaning needs. New pet stains, old pet stains, red candy stains are never a problem for him. I feel like this man treated my home like it was his own. I will never use anyone else. At one time I did not feel like my carpet would ever feel clean again but I was wrong. I have also recommended him to friends and family and they were all very happy with their results. Lastly if your pets are as important to you as mine are to me Dennis is the guy you want. He's extremely nice to my dogs and cat. Plus my dogs love him.
