Having the Queen of Queen in my house last week was definitely one of the nicest experiences I've…read morehad in a long time period the 2 folks were so kind, gentle. I mean, they cleaned my windows. My windows haven't looked this good since I moved into this house 5 years ago. They did the tracks, they did everything. They even got some windows upstairs that haven't been done in 5 years because nobody could ever reach them. So I really appreciate these people and I'll tell you if you hire the queens of clean, I gotta think based upon my experience that you're going to be more than happy, not only with their pricing but with their service, the quality of the work and also their pricing, because I got to tell you. I had prices from other window. Cleaners that were $200250 more. So the Queen of cleans hit it out of the park for me. Kevin Raines

For days after they've cleaned the office, there is a "pop" of cleanliness in that is noticeable by all who come in the door. They've been willing to work with us on both our cleaning schedule and times. Their pricing is fair and beat a few of the competing quotes from a few of the non "green" providers we received when originally looking for commercial cleaning services. Highly recommended if you're looking for an excellent commercial cleaning service that provides top-notch service and uses ecologically friendly supplies and approaches to cleaning commercial spaces!

Unless you're looking for subpar service and a company that refuses to take responsibility for its…read morework, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I hired this company to perform a deep clean on the house I was moving into--an empty home that should have been one of the easiest cleaning jobs possible. Unfortunately, they completely failed to deliver. There were crumbs left inside the kitchen cabinets, dust remained on virtually every surface throughout the house, and overall it appeared as though many areas had not been cleaned at all. What was even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from the owner, Debra. When I contacted her and requested that a crew be sent back promptly to correct the issues, she was unaccommodating and rude. When that request was not fulfilled, she also refused to provide any refund for the poor-quality work. As someone who works in the service industry, I find this level of service unacceptable. I expect businesses to stand behind their work and make things right when they fall short. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them to others.
