She has been an absolute lifesaver, and it has made such a difference having her help with keeping my house clean. I travel frequently, spending about half the year outside of Illinois, and it is such a weight off of my shoulders to know that I never come home and worry about what state it will be in. I also struggle with ADHD, which makes creating and sticking with habits very difficult, and I have had the privilege of developing a routine to keep my stuff in order with biweekly services with her team. Girly works with my schedule and I never come back from being out of state to a home I'm miserable to be in. As for the value? The floors were not vacuumed or mopped (this was evidenced by the shoe prints on my living room rug). There was hair on the bathroom floor that was not mine, as well as a part of a tampon wrapper on the floor. There were crumbs and streaks on the kitchen countertops and coffee table. I can't even be sure if they changed the sheets because they didn't use the bedding that I asked them to use. The same sheets that were on the bed when the guests stayed were there when I got home. I also found long hair and a piece of a tampon wrapper on the bathroom floor. All these cleaners did was wash and fold some towels and take out the trash.

The smaller bills were left behind. We had specifically booked the same single cleaner. Instead, she arrived with three additional strangers who were never disclosed to or approved by us. Before discovering the loss, we paid $252 and tipped the crew $80. We have never requested those payments back--only our approximately $600 in missing cash and damage. Sparkly Maid acknowledged receiving our damage photos, then later claimed we provided no evidence. It provided no insurance or bond claim information, called us emotional and unprofessional, and ended its response with "see you in court." I would never allow this company into my home again and believe others should be warned about its unprofessional and unethical practices. If zero stars were available it would be the most accurate rating.
