Erin is so gentle but effective in the way she directs that I was shocked at how quickly she got me through some piles that have been sitting for literal years! I asked for homework the last few minutes of our session so I could build on our progress and Erin took me room by room to talk. I agree with the other reviews that mention Erin is an incredible value for her rate and you should book time with her now!

On the day of cleaning after I accepted the quote a complete cleaning of my home was done, deep clean. It looked great, and since I was selling my place I needed it. I believe it helped me get under contract so quickly having a home that was very well cleaned. I did have some blinds that were damaged due to cleaning. However, I believe that was due to age of the blinds and nothing to do with negligence. Accidents happen - and Dustbunny did offer to pay for a new blind for me - which I declined since they did such a great job and the blinds were old anyways. Thank you for the hard work and I would recommend this cleaning service.

With a little bit of direction, she created workable systems that my family and I could use to return the space to zero after craft projects, imaginative play marathons, study sessions, and meals. She has a practical focus on function both for spaces and items - how do you use this? where do you like to do this? - and can envision the way things will fit together and how you will use them. I kept saying, "I never would have thought of that!" when she showed me how she had organized/stored something in a new-to-me way that just made sense. She has now come back twice and organized a hall closet (that houses medicine, linens, cleaning supplies, and travel items), our pantry closet, and almost all of our kitchen cabinets. The spaces in my home that Kathryn has organized are now the most functional, and my most favorite to use. Instead of feeling stressed trying to put away dishes in crowded cabinets, or spending time hunting around for what I need to bake or pack lunches, everything is right at my fingertips, clearly labeled so I can easily reset. Additionally, Kathryn is just a lovely person to have in your home. She's empathetic, kind, and brings warmth to her work. I cannot recommend her highly enough. You will not regret hiring Kathryn.

I'm not going to pay someone $65 per hour to purge my closet and organize my 250 sq. studio. I found SOS on Yelp. The 5-star reviews seemed questionable but after my experience, they deserve them! I started with a 3-hour appointment with Callie. She's an absolute doll. I am amazed by her creative organizing solutions! We went through my walk-in closet and kitchen. It helps to help. I couldn't just sit back and watch her organize my belongings. It can be tedious, but it's worth it! We accomplished A LOT. I couldn't have done it without her. I just don't have the motivation or drive. I can see my floor again! I found my favorite sweater! Everything makes sense now! I love, love, LOVE how organized my apartment is. I have a little IGTV show, and she was cool with being a part of it. We cleaned one side of my SUPER cluttered closet. And she gave me homework to work on the other sides. It's been maybe a month since she came and that side of my closet still looks like the day she left. It's kinda weird to have a stranger come into your house and help you go through your clutter, but just remember, they are there to help, not to judge. I'm only giving 4 stars because I sent a message saying I wanted her to come back and I just never heard back from them anymore. I'm thinking my place was probably tooooooo much of a cluster for her. I've had an amazing organizer for the past few years, but months ago she told me she was focusing 100% on her interior design business. I've been missing her and living in clutter ever since. Weeks ago I hit my breaking point and started looking for highly recommended organizers in the area. Dana was super responsive and said she could help in July, but then ended up finding 2 earlier days in May. Whoo hoo. I sent her a bunch of pics of the rooms that were bothering me the most (2 of my kids) and she emailed me what to buy from target and the container store ahead of time. Organizing day arrived and Dana showed up bright and early with her equally fabulous sidekick Lauren. I started them with the easier project - my 10 year old son's room. By the time they left at 3pm later that day his room was functional again. And once it was organized i was inspired to go thru some of his older brother's clothes to see what he could wear for summer and get rid of the stuff that was getting small on this fast growing child. And then the difficult project...my shopaholic 15 year old's closet. An organizer i used many years ago told me my house was as organized as it could possibly be as long as i kept my daughter. And with age her shopping habits and lack of organizational skills have gotten worse. I even had to turn a linen closet into a sweatshirt closet for her last year! I think Dana and Lauren were slightly scared, but after many hours (and some decluttering- filled a ThredUP back!) they managed to fit all her clothes AND sweatshirts into her closet. It's been a few days and I've seen my daughter wear a bunch of clothes I haven't seen in awhile so I think she even enjoyed finding some old favorites once she could see what was in her closet. And she admitted she liked having an organized closet, which is as positive as it gets when i comes to a 15 year old. It ended up being an expensive few days between their hourly rate and supplies, but nothing beats having an organized household. Dana and Lauren are booked for many months, but I grabbed another spot on their calendar for a few days in August to tackle the closet of the 2nd messiest person in my household: my husband.
