After I moved house, I had so many rent-a-crates to unpack and return very quickly. I felt overwhelmed and couldn't move two feet without hitting a box, and unpacking by myself was too slow. I contacted Terri again. Terri couldn't come out to personally help me within my limited window of time, but she has fantastic team members. Kammy came to help me, stayed for just under five hours, and we unpacked every rent-a-crate plus all of the cardboard boxes! There is a little left to do in order to make my new place feel like home, but Kammy's help means that 95% of the work is done. I am so pleased with The Chicago Organizer. They can also work with your vision, adjust on your feedback, and work within your budget (eg no containers, dollar store containers, or fancy Container Store containers). I think what distinguishes them is that they work as a team, and are fast. Come into a given area, pull everything out and categorize, then bring you in for decisions and feedback; you go back to your kids/cleaning/work and come back in another 1-2 times, and voilà! Your space looks like a catalog. It's not only purged and beautified, they have recycled empty boxes and tossed obvious trash, so the space is complete! They don't push you hard to get rid of things. Painless process. They recently did my office and walking in is happiness! We open cabinets without stuff falling on us. My kids don't ask me a million times where something is.
