    We had a major organizing and downsizing project- moving from a 9,000 square foot house to a 2500 square foot apartment. I was skeptical about how anyone could make heads or tails of all our boxes and stuff. The team, headed by Mackenzie, was pleasant, methodical and systematic. They engendered confidence and put us at ease. They helped us organize our belongings into donate, for storage and keep and organize. The team was great to work with and they put a priority on making sure we were aligned with their approach.

    Tidy closet!

    As New Year's Eve approached, I found myself in a terrible funk. The funk was reflected in the sad, cluttered state of my house. I was having trouble breaking through the logjam until I showed myself grace and called @m2organize for help. In just 3.5 hours on New Year's Eve, they cleared the huge clothes pile from this chair, restored sanity to my closet, cleared my kitchen island and set up some new storage shelves in the basement (not pictured). The team of Mackenzie and Brittany was so sensitive and kind, but wildly effective! I feel so much better now ... thank you, @m2organize !

    I had these wonderful people help with my home in March. I waited to post a review to test their methods. Well, they passed! They organized my check-all hall closet and my overstuffed linen closet. Not only are both closets organized and beautiful, I have been able to maintain them for 4 months and will continue to do so. I spent the time sitting on the sofa making choices with their help: Stay, Donate, Trash! Afterward I felt wonderful. For my 65 birthday in August, I'm thinking a wardrobe purge!

Amy was our organizer on the day and she was lovely to work with. She helped us go through our master closet in a very nonjudgmental and straightforward way. After I moved house, I had so many rent-a-crates to unpack and return very quickly. I felt overwhelmed and couldn't move two feet without hitting a box, and unpacking by myself was too slow. I contacted Terri again. Terri couldn't come out to personally help me within my limited window of time, but she has fantastic team members. Kammy came to help me, stayed for just under five hours, and we unpacked every rent-a-crate plus all of the cardboard boxes! There is a little left to do in order to make my new place feel like home, but Kammy's help means that 95% of the work is done. I am so pleased with The Chicago Organizer. Terri and Kammy are kind, professional, quite fair in their pandemic requirements, and most of all -- HELPFUL. Money well spent again!

Erin came in and to put me at ease any faster would have been literally impossible. She looked around and asked me what my thoughts were and more importantly, she listened. Erin immediately dug in while gently guiding me and talking to me about her ideas for moving forward. Brooke, Kim and the NEAT Chicago team helped me during a recent move to organize my "big problem areas" (my words, not theirs) - kitchen, bathroom and entry closet. My previous space *looked* organized, but was really very haphazardly stored - suffice to say, like items were often not with like items, and it resulted in a lot of duplication and chaos. I also was coming off of several years of heavy business travel - resulting in a disaster of a toiletry situation. Tiny. Bottles and Samples. Errrrywhere. Kim and her team spent one blissful Friday basically fixing my life: they arrived in the morning, spent some time talking through my needs/wants/life/perceived problem areas, and then they got to work and I went off to handle bridesmaids duties for a friend's wedding. Eight hours later, I came home from the rehearsal dinner to a choir of imaginary angels singing the moment I opened my front door... Everything had a logical and easily accessible home! I could find things again! They removed some duplicates at my request and donated them, which was a helpful time-saver for me, and left some other duplicates (mainly travel toiletries) in a great new system so I can see, access and use the products I have - and never get into the chaos of my previous situation ever again. If you are even remotely considering hiring them (which I'd imagine you are, since you're here and reading this), do it now. It's absolutely worth the investment, and I'm already brainstorming what other areas of my life they could improve - I'll 100% be using them again.

Danna was quick to make a plan, ask questions and provide insight on value or usefulness, point out what she could easily find a new place for or what was not worth saving, recommend products that would assist in organization and make suggestions for systems to help grow with our family that we could utilize after our work together was over. We made such progress after two sessions that we used the remaining sessions to focus on other areas of our home (closets, bedrooms, etc.) I also felt empowered after working with Danna to start organizing smaller spaces in between sessions.     Had a good experience with this company. They came and evaluated for a deep clean. Honestly, they…read moreran a little late, but was communicating with me to let me know that would be the case - and since I was asking for a last minute thing I don't mind waiting for the extra work. On the day of cleaning after I accepted the quote a complete cleaning of my home was done, deep clean. It looked great, and since I was selling my place I needed it. I believe it helped me get under contract so quickly having a home that was very well cleaned. I did have some blinds that were damaged due to cleaning. However, I believe that was due to age of the blinds and nothing to do with negligence. Accidents happen - and Dustbunny did offer to pay for a new blind for me - which I declined since they did such a great job and the blinds were old anyways. Thank you for the hard work and I would recommend this cleaning service.

All with a lower price and some being post move out cleans or pre move in which are often more expensive.
