My first job was solely a packing request that went so well I knew to count on them a second time for the move-in out of storage and into our new townhouse. The great customer service begins with calling for a quote and working with Caleb and Robbie. Down to Earth good hearted businessmen that have fair pricing and easy to use e-sign formats to lock in your job. Then they send out hard working teams that treat your belongings with great respect and are friendly and professional! My move-in team this second time around was JR's team with Javi, Luis and Alex. They worked quickly and efficiently and had great teamwork throughout. I've had past experiences with other companies that drag out your time to charge more and do less but not Mighty Moving. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with my experience with Mighty moving. George and Marty were the guys who helped with my move, and they were excellent from start to finish. I had two ginormous mirrors that I was really worried about, and they took the time to properly protect them, handle them carefully, and move them safely without any issues. What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They showed up with a great attitude, worked efficiently, and had a constant "how can I help?" mindset the entire time. Moving is stressful, especially when you have fragile, sentimental items involved, but these guys took care of all my worries. I've moved over 5 times and can honestly say this was the BEST moving experience my husband or I have ever had. From getting an accurate quote (which was actually for more than what we ended up paying- that has to be a moving first), to the manager, Robbie's communication before and during the move, and most of all, the movers, Nester, Fernando and Victor. They were efficient, very careful, moved incredibly quickly (done in 3 hours!) and were very strong! They made sure to communicate when they noticed existing damage on an item and couldn't have treated our things with more care. They were also very nice and friendly and made the experience so easy and carefree. I can say that next time I move, I won't be dreading it knowing Mighty Movers will be there. I only gave 4 stars because all of our stuff did not fit into the 26' moving truck, which required me to rent another truck (16') and come back the next day to finish moving. Totally fine considering it was a local move, but if it was a move further away, this would have been a huge problem. Aside from that, the crew worked quickly and efficiently, keeping in mind that my goal was to at least move all the heavy furniture first, and load my son's room last, and unload it first. I would definitely recommend them again, but maybe have them come to your home to evaluate how many things you actually need moved. We did our evaluation over the phone and with pictures, but I don't think it was accurate enough to gauge what size truck we actually needed to get the job done in one fell swoop. read more

I called on Monday using the Better Business Bureau search, Mighty Moving was highly rated. So I called. The gentleman that processed my request was professional and friendly, they had a cancellation so they were available the next day. It was so easy I thought it was a scam. I got nervous. But as they contracted R.J. and Luis called to confirm ETA and arrived right in time with a friendly and professional attitude. They explained their processes in detail and did exactly that. They were very through and were very careful with my belongings and if my property. They put all belongings were we needed them. The two gentleman Luis and R.J.'s were professional, courteous and fast throughout. Good customer service is hard to come by. I highly recommend their services. read more

I am very pleased with my move from Mighty Moving. Caesar's Crew (ask for Caesar!) is very friendly, accommodating, responsive, and expeditious. They have a simple and transparent process for quoting and preparing for your move. Mighty Moving provides excellent instructions to prepare for your move, and if you follow them like I did, the cost of the move is likely to be at or less than the estimated cost. In particular, pay attention to how to handle glass items and the covers on mattresses and box springs. Definitely check these guys out if you are considering a mover! read more

Alex, J.R. and Luis are a Tremendous Trio!! I am so impressed and grateful for their supernatural strength, work ethic, and respect. My building does not have an elevator and they managed to carry all my furniture and belongings up the stairs in the smallest window of time, so I was not charged a higher cost. All of my items and the building were left in perfect condition and they even helped assemble and position large pieces which I greatly appreciate, since I am restricted by a lifting condition.
