Sarah and her team are awesome. It's like concierge service for all your STUFF and your entire way of living within your home. I've worked with some amazing organizers (and some not) and Clutter Curators are truly efficient and deliver highest quality. They can also work with your vision, adjust on your feedback, and work within your budget (eg no containers, dollar store containers, or fancy Container Store containers). I think what distinguishes them is that they work as a team, and are fast. Come into a given area, pull everything out and categorize, then bring you in for decisions and feedback; you go back to your kids/cleaning/work and come back in another 1-2 times, and voilà! Your space looks like a catalog. It's not only purged and beautified, they have recycled empty boxes and tossed obvious trash, so the space is complete! They don't push you hard to get rid of things. Painless process. They recently did my office and walking in is happiness! We open cabinets without stuff falling on us. My kids don't ask me a million times where something is. We have a system in place so it's been easy to put things away and keep clean. It is a financial investment, but one I feel has big returns. (And also, you won't now waste money on things like buying a 3rd pair of scissors because you can't find the first two.) I've booked them for another 2 appointments because I want my whole house to be as beautiful and functional! read more

We've used the Clutter Curator numerous times to organize different parts of our condo. It's such a seamless process and the end result brings an immediate sense of calm. Definitely recommend! read more

High quality professional organizers will transform your living spaces and set you up for sustained success. They brought containers and systemic process for sifting through household items and creating a sensible space that is livable. Staff is personable and committed to leaving your home revamped. Appreciate them distrubiting donation items for the valuable add-on fee. read more

I'm a certified clutter bug so this company was a lifesaver!Sarah and team are amazing to work with, I've used Taskrabbit organizers in the past so it's been hit or miss...not the case with this company. A daunting task of unjunking my guest room and organizing my primary closet and bathroom was accomplished in one day! They offered functional solutions to my everyday problems, now everything has a place. Impressive work, I actually had Sarah come back to do my office and laundry room as well. So worth the money to hire a professional organizer. Decluttering is something I was doing slowly and begrudgingly by myself, but with a little support it was done in almost one fell swoop! I am grateful for this service and how much it's helped my stress and anxiety around my space. read more

My partner and I hired Sarah to help organize our back room (which became our dump pile, plus a place where we do laundry, peloton, etc.). Not only did she help us get rid of 50% of the items, but we also had a lot of fun in the process! Whether you feel like you have a lot of stuff or not, you do and I highly recommend hiring Sarah to help make your space flow better! read more

Working with Sarah and her team was a dream and worth every penny. I won't do another move without help like that again! Organization is not my strong suit and having her there help to get me moved into my new apartment was a game changer. The things her team did with my drawers... I just hope I can keep them looking so neat and organized. Highly highly recommend. read more

Hired Clutter Curator for readying our condo for an open house. They did a great job and opened up a lot of space. Organized closets and pantries so you can actually find things and realize you already have duplicates of household items you keep buying read more

This was our second time using Sarah and the clutter curator team and we couldn't be happier. Our basement play area was a disaster and impossible to keep clean but with Sarah's help we now have a space that everyone can enjoy! The kids love it and so do we. We would 100% recommend them. Thanks Sarah! read more

Amazing work!! Organized a messy garage in 6 hours!!! We could not have had access to our garage this summer had it not been for their amazing work and organization skills! read more

I am so impressed with the professionalism, skills and hard work performed by the team! As a full-time caregiver of a mother with Alzheimer's, decluttering her home by myself has felt like an extremely daunting task. The team was so organized and efficient with their process and helped make drastic improvements in each session. What would have taken me months to accomplish alone only took them a couple sessions. They were also very gentle with my mother and respectful of her condition, understanding how overwhelming the process of letting things go can be (for anyone)! I will be hiring the team again. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Sarah and her team are fantastic!! We moved to Chicago from across the country and I needed a team to organize almost all of our belongings on short notice after our moving company emptied all of our boxes leaving the house a disaster the week before Christmas. They came through each room and worked an absolute miracle in a little over a day. That amount of work would have taken me months to accomplish by myself. I love how they organized items into containers and groupings that make sense and are intuitive for me to maintain. The peace of mind and clarity in my space that the Clutter Curator team gave us is priceless. This is a support service well worth investing in!! read more

If you are considering Sarah and her team at the Clutter Curator... Just do it! What would've taken me days and days and days...[or should I say....weeks? months? NEVER?] - - they did in just a couple short visits. Not to mention they "see" organizational solutions, differently, and much better than I ever could accomplish on my own. We were moving back to Chicago, with a new baby, short on time and sleep... having help in this way was hugely impactful. It's amazing how an organized space really changes how you feel! There is no judgment, they simply dive in and change your space! I would do it again in a heartbeat :-) In fact, I am pretty sure I will use Sarah/Clutter Curator as a partner in the future when we need to be re-organized again down the road. BIG time thank you!!! read more

Professional, prompt, and more! Sarah and her team were super efficient and made organizing my rooms a breeze. The process is extremely easy, and I'm so glad I used them. They made the process easier than I thought, and did so extremely quickly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

What Sarah and her team did for me (and my pup) was absolutely priceless. I am a busy law student, and I desperately needed a boost & refresh after downsizing from a 2-bedroom to a 1-bed. They provided me with exactly what I needed and exceeded all expectations. Amazing skill and customer service, and they gave me the tools and confidence to keep it up myself !!! If you are hesitating, stop self-sabotaging and BOOK HER!! What are you waiting for ?? read more

Sarah and her team at The Clutter Curator have rid me of my anxieties (and a bunch of useless crap I no longer needed lol)! Sarah was great in assessing my needs and arranging which of her team members would be best to work with me. Marcy and Tristan came to my apartment on two separate occasions to help me organize and de clutter my main closets. They were wonderful, extremely professional, and supportive in helping me purge the unnecessaries. They also gave me tips and tricks on how to keep it that way! Thanks to them, I sleep soundly at night and enjoy coming home to a stress free environment. Highly recommend this business! read more

Sarah and her team are incredible. Their brains work in ways I wish mine did. They descended on our place with ideas and solutions, and the tools needed to execute. It's revolutionized our lives. I only wish I'd engaged them sooner! HIGHLY recommend. We will be using them for other projects. read more

So glad I hired these guys to help me with unpacking and organizing a couple important areas (kitchen , bedroom, mudroom but somehow basement boxes got cleared up too ;) ). Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with ; she's kind, non judgmental, full of advice/tips, and extraordinarily helpful in high stress situations. Both she and her assistant took care of business while I was overwhelmed, both organizing and reducing the clutter in ways I couldn't imagine. Pricey but worth every penny. I've already asked her to come twice and expect to be a repeat longterm customer. Thank you so much Sarah! read more

Hiring The Clutter Curator was a great decision! We tackled my disorganized kitchen and took it from chaotic to functional. Yesterday I cooked in my kitchen for the first time since we reorganized and it was actually fun! I didn't feel frustrated from running from one end of my kitchen to the other to get things, or agitated from digging items out of my pantry, because everything I needed had been assigned a proper place that made sense and made my cooking experience so EASY! I am without a doubt hiring Sarah again, and can't wait to have her back to help me with the rest of my home. Not only is she good at what she does, she's punctual, professional and a pleasure to work with. UPDATE: I hired Sarah to help me organize the rest of my house and words can't even describe the difference it has made! She has earned my highest recommendation. read more

I was defeated - no energy, no will power to get the kitchen chaos organized. Had not unpacked for 3 months. Then Sarah arrived. In one morning we unpacked and organized all except one tote (it was buried under several others). We quickly developed a rhythm of "decide where, line & unpack, put away" that kept us going for almost 2 hours. We spent a short break discussing how to make my big wire shelves more functional. Back to putting away and my kitchen was organized. Even have some empty cupboards way up high and lots of counter space for stuff in that buried tote. I agree with other reviewers - Sarah is non-judgmental, gifted in seeing the next step and beyond, professional and personable. She helps you do the job and that means you can take ownership of a job well done. As for stars? The Clutter Curator deserves 6+ stars! read more

My partner and I have just finished a full rehab of our condo that was more than a little stressful. We were having trouble utilizing all of our new storage space. And let's be honest, I really had no idea the proper way to setup a kitchen. Enter The Clutter Curator! Everyone needs Sarah in their life! Over a day and a half, Sarah brought complete organization to what was a disorganized mess. Sarah is very good about getting an idea about how you like to live your life, and then she sets her plan accordingly. Super efficient and a great personality, I cannot recommend Sarah and her services more highly. read more

Sarah was warm, sharp and was great at keeping me on task as she helped me through the emotional ups and downs of sorting through 10 years+ of accumulated stuff. Yes, a task I'd been avoiding along with the rest of my family of now 5. She helped me see very clearly, the overall pattern I've been choosing that had been counter productive and energy draining. She helped me imagine how great our new place could be with her interior design expertise. She made invaluable suggestions about how to prioritize my limited time and energy as a mother of 3 boys. She has equipped me with skills for how to guide the rest of my family through this moving transition. It's been a month now and I can still hear her suggestions as I am organizing in our new home. Thank you and I hope to be able to take follow up lessons again someday. read more

Sarah is a multi-talented designer, organizer and communicator. She has an amazing way of helping to find a special place for everything in the home. I tend to hoard and keep everything! So Sarah has also been great at helping me understand that it's time to say goodbye to the old and make room for the new. Or, if I just can't let go, she finds an organized spot in the meantime. She is super professional, prompt and courteous, and always a pleasure to be with. Not only for me, but also for my seven-year-old daughter, who she has worked with to help organize her bedroom and find the best spots to put all her things away! Sarah is very detail orientated but also sees the big picture in her work! She has been an amazing help to me and my family in trying to do the same!! read more

Sarah was professional, friendly and non-judgmental! She also went out of her way to make things as easy for us as possible. We could not be happier with the outcome. Our home has gone from a stress inducer to a sanctuary, thanks to Sarah. She really just is the best in the biz, there's no two ways about it. We will be working with Sarah for many years to come! read more

I can not give enough praise to Sarah, The Clutter Curator. I have been wanting help 'de-cluttering' for YEARS. But, I never had time or the ability to tackle the job. When my office space started getting out of control, I turned to the Clutter Curator for help. After the first phone call with Sarah, I knew I was in good hands. She truly has a gift. She took the time to listen to my needs in a very strategic and systemic manner and she brought excitement and enthusiasm to the task. She arrived at my home without judgement and jumped right in (literally) to tackle my office with me. She said, "let's just get in there" and in the first hour, I saw potential for my office and home spaces that I had never seen before. Her approach and process helped me tackle the clutter I had been avoiding. Her vision has transformed my office and changed my mindset, helping me to STOP accumulating the CLUTTER. I have now hired Sarah to work on all areas of my home. Her graceful and artistic approach is inspiring. She is an absolute joy to be around and her positive energy approach is contagious. From the moment you speak to her, you will be inspired! read more

I luckily found Sarah and she has been my best find ever. I am older and have lived in a condo for the last 14 years. I never really got around to getting my place organized so I had stopped entertaining. The only one who saw my place was my young grandson who didn't care how it looked. I finally decided after retiring I had to change but could never get started, that is, until I found Sarah. She was so helpful right from the start. She helped me with my closets, my kitchen cabinets, my former "junk room" which had served as a toy room and lots of books etc.. my drawers and piles of things in most corners of rooms. I was able to get rid of some oversized bedroom furniture and once all was given away or thrown away, I decided to get new furniture which Sarah helped me with also. Sarah has a special way about her when she helps. She would bring everything to me and I could decide what I wanted to keep or discard. She let me make the decisions but she would notice certain trends I liked or didn't like and keep that in mind to remind me which I found very helpful. She is truly amazing. With my new furniture now we are hanging pictures which I haven't had up for 14 years. I feel so much better now and love coming home and enjoy having people over. Sarah has been life changing for me. I highly recommend Sarah who is so lovely and helpful. I know you won't be disappointed. read more

Working with Sarah at The Clutter Curator is the best decision we made for our apartment (and for our relationship!) We hired her to organize several rooms in our space, as well as help us design our entire 2-bedroom apartment. I cannot emphasize what an extraordinary talent, person, and professional she is. I've always been afraid of design, and Sarah guided us through the process, curating incredible options that were aligned with our tastes and budget, With every item on the list, she narrowed our choices down, for example, giving us the option of looking through 10 excellently chosen rugs instead of thousands!!! Her fees pay themselves back tenfold, because of the time and stress saved by bringing her on your team. She was compassionate and helpful in integrating both of our tastes and took leadership of the process so we didn't have to. She is the perfect collaborator - she shared her opinions when she needed to (which was incredibly helpful), but gave us freedom to express our tastes and desires. She is hands on - she shopped with us, came to our apartment, and was highly communicative throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect pieces for our needs and desires. In working with Sarah, we experienced a pleasant, fun, and low stress process, and gained a functional, livable, beautiful space that we love. You must hire her. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about working with this triple theatre designer / organizer / project manager. read more
