Lori Lehman and Pam Hewett are unprofessional, inept and overpriced. Referred to us by B&W real estate. They managed to get my name wrong, send a proposal 3 days later than promised and when we reviewed it they had lots of items that either would not fit in the space or were too many items in the space. We requested a revised proposal with the unnecessary items deleted and it was promised during the next business day- which came and went. At 11PM we received an email informing us that they "were declining to stage our home." The talentless and unprofessional don't take it well when you request an appropriate proposal I guess! read more

We had an awful experience with PS Lehman. From the start, they refused to review their proposal with us, claiming that they had "a creative vision" and it was all or nothing. Following a 3 week lead time, they arrived 3 hours late for the staging. The random furniture that was brought off the truck did not resemble the proposed vision at all. The rooms were left so unsatisfactory that when taking listing pictures the next day, furniture was removed and shifted around. Kitchen table chairs that were staged were filthy, even though they knew we were living there and using them. The next week they brought new items to rectify their design mishaps. One of those new chairs collapsed as my daughter sat in it--weeks after her shoulder surgery, attesting to the quality of the furnishings. Although we had a scare, we were lucky she wasn't seriously injured. Lori did not take ownership for any of the issues. read more

My realtor recommended this company to me. I used them for help decluttering and staging. I think they did a nice job staging. However, I did have a few issues with them. I asked if they would take a credit card and they said yes. As I went to pay, I noticed they were charging a 2.9% fee to pay with a credit card which was never mentioned when I specifically asked about paying with a credit card. (I thought charging a fee for a credit card was illegal?) My realtor spoke with them and they agreed to waive the fee for me. Also, I bought a packet of hours and I figured they still owed me 6 hours but they only refunded me for two. I wrote them 2 emails about the billing and they never replied. They did say they charged for emailing and picking up supplies so you are paying for their administrative time and their trips to the Container Store so know that ahead of time. When they are packing, they ask if you want to use their bins. You say yes and you are no paying for the bins AND the time they had already gone to the Container Store to get them. Also, they just put a lot of stuff in those bins because they are hurrying to get that done so you can't find things after they have finished because they aren't doing sorting of any kind. read more

Lori has literally saved our sanity in helping my aged (and somewhat cranky, to put it nicely) mother move from her home to assisted living.
