With the arrival of the crew, it was very evident they were extremely professional, with an excellent work ethic. The clean-up was so amazing...not one speck of material could be found on the ground or landscaping! And the finished job was absolutely beautiful! Quality went above and beyond make sure I was one satisfied customer! I would not hesitate to highly recommend them!

They accepted a job that was way over their heads and walked off after FOUR attempts at repairing a roof over the course of 18 days. When water continued pouring in each and every time it rained after the initial storm damage (which occurred almost daily), they wouldn't come back a 5th time to fix their horrible, dissatisfactory work! Because of their ineptness, only one unit was having the roof issue initially, but QCA could not address the temporary cover, so within a few days, the unit below was destroyed, the unit below that was destroyed and also, water ran through the walls into the basement destroying storage units, etc. The unit owners had to be displaced as walls needed to be removed and the entire place fell apart. We're still dealing with deadly mold growth, debris and an unfinished job. They had the audacity to send a bill for over 23K. DO NOT HIRE QCA!!! The owner John Stoch is arrogant and disrespectful and his GM Dennis Hansen is an absolute useless coward. They disregarded our numerous pleas to come back to complete the job which we had contracted them for and never returned to the property, ignored emails, texts and phone calls. The owner had his wife send an email with no explanation whatsoever stating they would not be returning to our property. THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS, AND SUED AT THE VERY LEAST! Because of their incompetence and unskilled workers, 3 families have been displaced and are to this day! I can provide hundreds of photos as proof of the damage and destruction they caused to our homes.

I had Window Nation come out and give me an estimate on replacing 4 windows. Window Nation is advertising a buy 2 get 2 free sale so I thought I'd see if that were true. For perspective, I own a typical Chicago Bungalow and am looking to replace standard double hung windows (no big bay windows or anything large and fancy). So they offered two choices for double hung, no grids and not tempered glass, just basic double hung windows. One was called the Endeavor Premium and the other is the Biltmore. The premium windows came out to $5,342 (for 4 windows) and the regular window came out to $4,579 (again for 4 windows total and installation). This is with their sale price, per the salesman, WITH the sales price and at the discount. This honestly doesn't seem anything like a sales price buy two get two free deal... Do they really expect me to believe the normal price is close to double what was quoted for 4 windows??? Also, they mentioned they were backed up in orders and it would be at least a couple months to install. They said the windows come with a 5 year warranty on labor for the premiums and 1 year for the basic window.

Almost 3 hours of excessive and unnecessary explanations and demonstrations when we repeatedly let it be known that we just wanted an estimate and this was going on too long. The push to get a same day contract signing when saying that was not what he was doing, was very much unwanted. He was young, so maybe he just didn't get it when we repeatedly asked for a price and not a horse and pony show. We felt disrespected in our own home. If I told you the details of his unprofessional behavior, you would be shocked. I tried to let him know without offending that what he had done was way more than we asked for and he became defensive and pretty much walked out. This is one way to make sure you don't get the sale. Without naming the person, I I wanted to warn people of this unscrupulous salesmanship that was displayed by a young man employed by Window Nation. It gave us both a bad impression of this company.

I have to tell you I could not have made a better choice. Tom came out and gave me an estimate and did not apply any pressure and gave me a very reasonable price along with financing options. Tom scheduled to have his guy come out and give me a final measuring and about 3-4 weeks later they came out and installed them. The install was done way beyond my expectations. The installers were very professional and cleaned the work area very well. Again I was very satified and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a window company that they can trust.

We chose Mike with Everlast over several other vendors due to quality and Mike's reputation for…read moregreat customer service. We started the process in early January and were told the windows would not be ready until perhaps early March, but were pleasantly surprised when Mike said they were ready early. We would have had them the first week of February had it not been for the famous below 0 degree temperatures in the area that week. We had them installed the second week of February instead. Pros: -Received and had windows installed earlier than anticipated. -Took 2.5 days for all of our 27 windows and back glass door replacement. Due to cold temperatures, they worked one at a time so the house wouldn't get too cold. -was honest and fair on pricing and received referral bonus up front. -Mike always answered our calls with questions promptly and personally would come by to inspect and/or help facilitate letting his vendors in if needed. -You could tell the difference in drafts in the corrected areas from inside day 1. No further drafts and they look great! Cons: -4-5 months after installation and 3 of our 27 windows have leaks. We alerted Mike to this and he sent his worker to take a look - they said it was due to the trim on the outside that they didn't replace. Before installation, they indicated that it is not part of their services to replace. However, they didn't tell us before or during that our trims were so old that they would leak - we would have replaced them prior to the new windows if we knew this. We asked if we needed to replace them before and they said no. One of the windows that is leaking does not even have trim on it. When they came out to resolve, they added caulk around the trim and bent flashing for us for the front windows. The flashing should have been installed in the initial installation to prevent leaks. We are not able to get it installed until the new trim pieces are up... Even though they did not inform us about possible leaks, they should have removed the trim and put a water barrier in place before installation and before new trim was able to be installed. -Mike and his installers have a bit of an issue with taking accountability for issues. We were disappointed when his installers broke the interior of a window upon installation - it was safe to use, and they put cardboard over it, but the resolution took 20 seconds and Mike's installers insist it was somehow the manufacturer's fault. It took weeks for us to have this corrected, even though, again, resolution took 20 seconds. -While in the process of service correction for said window, the manufacturer was inflexible on timing and was scheduling more than a week out. Mike's response was that it isn't in his hands. No apology for the inconvenience of the broken window or the inflexibility of his vendor. -The manufacturing vendor cancelled day of (1 hour before). Reschedule availability wasn't until 10 days later. -The caulking the install team did had bubbles and cracks in some windows and just didn't look like a professional did it. When we told Mike of this issue, he said caulking is an "art" and his people are really just installers and don't need to be perfect at caulking. We personally feel that if installing windows is 100% of their jobs, caulking would be part of that job and they should look 100% well done. We had to redo some of it right off the bat. -Every issue that came up, Mike would just say he hoped we could focus on the positive aspects of the experience. It felt very dismissive. -They left aluminum scraps scattered across the backyard where our young children play. Cleanup in the back specifically was just not done to standards. We referred him to my mother's windows and they generally did okay, but did break one of her personal stained glass art by not being careful. No compensation or resolution was offered, minus an apology. We appreciated his team's work and like the products in general, but there is definitely room for improvement in the customer service department and potentially the product itself with the leaks. Considering part of his selling point was 100% satisfaction, we were left disappointed in that aspect.
