Since I can't edit my original review I will just add another one to it responding to the manager who replied to Ryan B's review First off the siding review replacement was not done by you was done by me I ordered the sample I took the photos and I argued with my insurance company second I don't think it's appropriate or professional to discuss the particulars of a private contract on a public form and in no way does it prove your value as a company and you say that you don't have any affiliation with a grass company yet Google begs the differ I have attached a photo of proof below. Maybe if you spent more time working on providing quality work Superior communication and less time buy-in your salesperson's Rolex watches and brand new trucks you won't get these types of reviews. read more

After a tornado hit our home, we had a lot of damage. TTLC was a huge help in both repairing our home as well as walking us through the insurance process. We had a complicated project that did take over a year - nearing a year and a half - but we wouldn't have been able to repair our house without the support of TTLC with the insurance process. Great work, thorough, very responsive, hands on and honest. As are many people I was hesitant in going with a roofing contractor after the storm hit. There are so many unknowns, you don't know how to deal with the insurance company, how do I even know I have damage, what will be covered, lastly is this even real? Well I can honestly say it was a pleasure working with Tim Kiely and TTLC. Tim answered every question I had and I had plenty! Honestly there was no question that he didn't have the answer to. **UPDATE: I was asked by the GM to update my review and I think that it's only fair because after I posted the above review I received a great amount of attention from the team at TTLC. - Roughly a half hour after the above review was posted I received a couple of texts from Justin with an apology for dropping the ball on the project and a commitment to complete the remaining work on my home. IMO, it's unfortunate I had to post negative reviews online to get a response from him after I reached out to him a few times via text and voice messages to get an update on next steps. I never responded to Justin because at that point I was no longer interested in working with this company as the trust was gone and I wasn't confident that the remaining work would be completed without issue. To me it seems as if they already bit off more than they can chew with the lack of communication. - From there I also received calls from Justin's boss and the GM of the company who both apologized for my experience. The GM, Yas, assisted with sending me the outstanding items I needed for the roof replacement project (warranty registration, photos of the completed work, etc). He also offered to complete the siding, gutters, and downspouts project (to which I declined for reasons stated above) and to review the work done by the other contractor of my choosing to ensure the roof was not damaged during the replacement of those items. I am not updating my star rating because at the end of the day their service could have been better. It shouldn't have taken a negative review to get the response I was waiting for all along. read more

Terrible customer service! Been working with TYLC Roofing for close to 1.5 years. My home was in need of a roof, gutters and siding. The roof and gutters were completed on a reasonable time. The project manager for those jobs has since resigned. My project was given to another PM that has had the most difficult time responding to my calls and emails. I have since been calling the office directly. I've talked to at least 3 different people who have assured me they would get my project completed. The most recent being the supply ordering manager. That was 2 weeks ago that he would be ordering the necessary supplies and would get back to me within a week or so. I've heard nothing! I've even called to follow up leaving a voice mail with no response. I've now been waiting for siding for over 6 months. I also have a large hole in my siding where the first project manager cut out a large sample to match. Also, not to mention i now have only 6 months left on my claim with my insurance company. This has been disappointing to say the least! I do not recommend this company simply based on customer service and follow through on their part. read more

Great experience from start to finish. Todd Wambsgans and his team provided a prompt inspection after we had some shingles fall off during bad storm. His team promptly and professionally helped manage all claims with my insurance and were very patient as it took many months and many inspections. In the end the TTLC team replaced my roof and were professional in their installation and cleaning up after they finished, would recommend to others. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They did siding and gutter work on our home and were a pain to work with both times. They tried to cut corners by not getting permits BOTH times, which resulted in stop work orders getting pasted on our door (and caused further project delays). The siding work got delayed 2 months for seemingly no reason or explanation other than "scheduling conflicts" and Rudy Bruges our contractor was awful at communicating. I had to follow up every day for project updates. At one point he was ducking my calls, not answering me but answered my wife on the first ring.. he woukd always say "I will have an update tomorrow" and then we wouldn't hear from him again until I followed up days later. With the gutter work also, they ripped down our neighbors gutters before realizing they were at the wrong house! And then sent me paperwork to sign with the wrong address on it after we had previously cleared it up. This company is not good at communicating, tries to cut corners to save on their bottom line, and overall it was an extremely unpleasant experience working with them. We will never be using them again for any work under any circumstances, and highly suggest you don't use them either. read more

Justin P was such a great guy.He worked on our claim for storm damage.Allstate would not approve any claim .They just just left as Justin P walked up and introduced himself.From then on we were in good hands with.............. well you know. I was not sure why he thought we needed gutters also ,But he saw something I did not see. Holes in the gutter from hail.When I saw that I thought ..This guy Is really going the extra mile for us.He worked on the claim back and forth with our agent .Got it all done.We could not ask for a more professional person to work with than Justin. read more

The saga with TTLC began in July 2023 when we incurred storm damage and ended today. This company "tarped" our roof, only to have the tarping fail not once, but twice resulting in interior damage requiring drywall repair and painting Not only did they not take responsibility, the "manager" in the office said " well, if it wasn't tarped, it would have leaked anyway". This makes absolutely no sense but is indicative of the attitudes that prevail at this company. Flashing installation is poor, they have yet to reply. Refuse to give us an invoice - since we went through insurance. Waiting for warranty information. Entire company can use a class in customer service. Lots of options - steer clear of this one! read more

Chris knocked on our door and asked to do an inspection. I had already known I was going to replace the roof and had gotten an acceptable bid already. Difference was Chris's follow up and immediate responses to my calls and text. He made it very clear from the beginning that our satisfaction was most important and proved it all through the process. Although there was a job forman Boris whom we were also impressed with Chris spent alot of time at the site to make sure all was done properly and to our satisfaction. After the storms we had in April, and everyone was putting in claims, I just didn't want to deal with all the storm chasers. I was so happy to come across Justen Penn who works for TTLC. Also like many, my insurance carrier kept me jumping thru hoops. They continued for 5 months. But Justen dealt with the insurance company and kept me updated on the progress. With out Justen I probably would have gave up fighting with the insurer company, which is exactly what insurance companies want you to do. I now have a beautiful new roof. They did a great job. Took care of my landscaping while working and did an awesome job cleaning up. I highly recommend this company and especially Justen Penn. read more
