It's no secret that finding companies in this space that operate with true integrity can be a challenge. There are certainly some excellent, reliable roofing companies out there--like Clem Davis and Davis Roofing--who consistently do great work. However, when you have a legitimate insurance claim, it's critical to work with a company that specializes in insurance restoration and truly understands how to navigate that process. Insurance companies, after all, are in business to minimize payouts--so having the right advocate matters. That's where Dupage Adjusters stands out. They know the process inside and out and have taken care of countless happy clients I've referred over the years. Rather than ignoring my complaint, Kenny leaned right into it. He responded to my review immediately and came over to see how he could resolve the issue. My deck looks great, the price was very fair, and Kenny was friendly and professional throughout. Kenny turned a very disappointing first experience into an extremely positive one, and I'm happy to revise my review accordingly! Thank you, Kenny!
