So I was trying to sell my house in Romeoville and the inspection turned up that it needed a new roof. So I am scrambling to find a roofer. And I find Doug. Not only is he the fastest one out there to give me a price quote, his price comes in a full $900 cheaper than the next guy and a full $1,500 cheaper than the most expensive guy. So ok, I pick this guy. But the whole time I'm kinda lowkey worried because you know how sometimes the cheapest thing isn't the best? But he does the work and damn he does it on time and well. He answered all my questions and texts when I was worried and did exactly what he promised, no muss no fuss. When the closing on the house sale dragged on FOREVER, he was reasonable and patient and had a good sense of humor about it. In the end, I was so glad I trusted him with my house. Doug appears to be as honest as they come - always good to know when you are relying on someone to give you an accurate estimation of what needs to be done. He came out and identified our problem as only needing a minor fix. We have had heavy rain since he fixed our problem and there have been no leaks. It looks like he is both honest and competent.
