Much like a forensic examiner she gathered detailed evidence and came to our home multiple times to make our case to State Farm. Christina even met the State Farm representative at our home so that she could go line by line as to why our claim should be processed and approved. Kyle is a hands-on owner who made daily visits to our home to make sure all details were covered. Aside from his crews making our home look beautiful they were SUPER CLEAN! Kyle's crews were very open to our input and questions. Captain Antonio and Captain Diego led their respective crews and were very professional and experts at their craft! Last but not least, production manager Aaron was highly communicative throughout the process and made sure when Kyle was not around that everything was going according to plan. If you're in need of roof repair or replacement, we highly recommend Jason Goings with DuPage Adjusters, and DuPage Construction, both based in Downers Grove, Ill. We would give them 6 stars were it available. After a severe storm came through over two years ago, we thought we may have some roof damage (hail) and contacted our insurance company. After inspecting, they said they could not really find any damage and that was that. Our daughter lives 6 houses down the street and did have damage. They looked for an adjuster and contacted Jason at DuPage Adjusters. Jason handled everything between them and the insurance company, suggested DuPage Construction to do the work and the job was done. We asked Jason if he would look at our roof and after inspecting it, informed us that yes, there was damage and the roof should be replaced. Fast forward almost 2 years later, after Jason's many calls, inspections, pictures, and communications with our insurance company they finally paid for a new roof. Had it not been for Jason and his tenacity in dealing with our insurance company, our damaged roof would still be on our house, getting worse day by day. Jason is professional, caring, polite, and very experienced. He always kept us in the loop, provided timely updates, explained everything in detail to us and just would not take no for an answer from our insurance company. Jason also set us up with DuPage Construction who did the work on the roof. They did great work and completed it in one day. The entire crew was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of our property and very, very hard working. It was a very windy day when they worked here and they not only made sure our yard was clean of any debris when they were done, but also our neighbor's yards as well. We had our roof done by DuPage Adjusters of Downers Grove IL in July 2025. The process started by having them come to inspect our roof. Paul inspected the roof and clearly explained to us what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed price sheet. There were a few areas of the roof that had leaked in the past which required special attention. Paul took pictures of those areas to pass them off to their experts for ideas on how to remedy them. After the contract was awarded to them, they carried out the work with utmost professionalism, finishing the job in two days. They were meticulous, covering lawn ornaments and other fixtures securely to prevent them from damage, containing the work debris and nails that were thoroughly cleared the same day. For the nails they used hand pushed rollers with heavy magnets at the bottom to attract the nails that fell on the ground. It was remarkable that I could not find a single piece of debris or a nail after they had left, so unlike the last roof job we had. Areas that needed special attention were visited by two of their senior technical experts, Tyler and Aaron, for directions to the crew on how they needed to be treated. All the time I was overseeing the work; albeit informally. One of the problem areas was personally treated by Tyler after most of the work was done. The treatment he did to the problem area was of much higher quality than before and surely exceeded my expectation. It seemed not only more durable but also more aesthetically appealing. Lastly, I raised a particular administrative issue with the President of the Company, Kyle Donoghue, through an email. He promptly responded to my concern and resolved it to my satisfaction.
