I met with the owner, Robert, for my roof assessment. I was initially concerned about a shingle that appeared to be damaged from last Summer's storms. Robert arrived promptly and assessed my roof. After inspection, he explained that the loose shingle was just the top layer and there was no concern that any damage had taken place. Robert advised that I should keep a close as the Winter season arrives. I was very impressed about Robert's expertise and honesty! I highly recommend ALLMAX and I will keep in touch with Robert for future repairs! read more

We were told we had storm damage by another company. Called Allmax and Robert came out the next day to inspect. No damage. Thank you Robert! Will absolutely call again for any repair or replacement needs. read more

Incredible customer service. They were out at my house two times and both times was within 24 hours of contact. A lot of companies will try to tell you "yeah you need to replace this" or repair a ton of spots for $$$. Not ALLMAX. Complete professionalism through and through. Anytime I need roofing work done, I will go with ALLMAX. Without a doubt. Thank you!!! read more

They were able to come the same day to repair my roof and did a great job. The price was fair as well.

I hired Robert based on his reviews and calls to his previous clients who were pleased with his work. Robert made sure the roof was done correctly. There were a few hiccups because the roof was a steep pitch but his crew finished the job and my roof looks amazing! He worked with me and answered the questions I had about the process of the roof being done. The best feature of Robert is his use of a drone before and after the work was done. I could see what had to be done before the roof was torn off and that was some tuckpointing. After that was complete, the roofing could begin. He also noted that the facia boards needed to be covered in aluminum which they completed. All work was done to my satisfaction. read more

Robert & his crew did a fantastic job repairing my rotted window brow. From the beginning, he was communicative and told me exactly what needed to be done. The work looks great, and they were able to do it quickly. Robert even sent photos of the work throughout the day to keep me in the loop. I feel so fortunate to have found him on yelp. ALLMAX Roofing - Roofing Near Me - Lisle, Illinois

Very good company. We needed some minor roof repairs (birds nesting) and some of the exterior wood fascia looked pretty bad (paint peeling, damage, rotted wood). Had a few companies out to look at it, ALLMAX being the second. Robert, the owner came out the same afternoon that I called. He worked with me to identify what we needed and and provided a verbal quote based on how much I wanted to get done. He followed up with an emailed estimate. After a week or so, I got back to him and requested that we add to it, the response was very prompt and they emailed me a revised estimate. Compared to the others, ALLMAX was increasingly shaping up to be a reliable partner we could work with, and we decided to proceed with them. Paid the 30% advance and then of course we had a couple weeks of torrid weather and thunderstorms, putting off the work date. I kept following up with Robert and he was always responsive and honest - he told me he does not give out firm dates because the work is very weather dependent. Finally, got a text saying they'd arrive the next day. Yay! The day of, a crew with a large utility van was outside before 8 am. Robert arrived soon after and they got started. He went over the project with his crew and left to go buy the materials needed. The crew got to work on the south side, removing the old fascia - and lemme tell ya, these guys got some serious ladders (up to 40' !) and scaffolding. They set up a couple sawhorses and cut all the new wood to size, precisely using the old pieces as a template. Watching them work all day as I popped in and out, I thought to myself this is what we pay for, expertise and workmanship - at great heights. I mean I can cut wood, hammer nails and paint too, just not at 35' off the ground, lol. The newly installed fascia pieces were painted to match and you cannot see any color difference old/new, and it looks much nicer. They also took care of the bird entry problem by putting in a 1"x2" piece at the base of the soffit. Also replaced some shingles that had blown off, they found some more that probably occurred in the last month and replaced those too. When the work started, I discussed a small addition with Robert, we also have badly damaged wood facia from the gable above the garage. We decided to get that replaced as well and they did. While the painter was up there I asked if he could just paint the other side of the fascia as well, it wasn't "damaged" per se but had paint peeling. Robert told me that wasn't the right way to do it, it would need to be scraped/sanded before painting. That's another indicator that he cares about doing the work correctly and not cutting corners. They took care of it and finished up the entire scoped work by late afternoon. The crew did a good job cleaning up, sweeping and using a blower for the minor sawdust on the sidewalk. When we got to tally up time, Robert told me that his crew had actually replaced more of the front fascia than we had originally planned (upper and lower gables instead of only upper). He said that was his mistake and we wouldn't be charged for it. The extra work I added today was not a big increase relative to the original estimate. Robert told me a couple of times that he is honest with his customers, and I would agree. We are happy with the work performed - the damage was addressed before it became worse and the new fascia looks nice. A couple of my neighbors already complimented us on it. Overall, if you want a reliable, responsive and honest contractor that will work with you to solve your roofing needs - ALLMAX is a solid choice. read more

Robert and his crew were amazing. The estimate was accepted by the insurance with no issue. His crew worked all day on one of the hottest days of the summer and installed the new roof and facia in one day! Gutters were on the next. Incredibly smooth experience! Highly recommended!! read more

We called Allmax for minor roof repairs based on their past reviews. We reeived the same excellent service. Owner Robert responded quickly with a reasonable bid. The repairs were completed within a week.. The even did additional work while they were on a ladder, for which i gladly paid, working until dark. I've been a homeowner for more than 60 years, so I have some experience in judging home repairs. I fully recommend Rob and Allmax. read more

Robert was so very responsive, forthright in what was needed, cared about doing it properly to ensure we wouldn't have further leaks, showed up on time (a week earlier than anticipated in fact-- and then on time on the day of), communicated all throughout the repair/installation process on our odd flat roof issue (leaking into the house in a very strange spot) and also a partial shingled roof job, new flashing around chimney and vents and replacement of attic venting. He sent us pictures all throughout the job too so we could see the damage and steps being taken to remedy what turned out to be a poor roofing job by another company quite a number of years ago. We did need a change order from the original quote due to more damage found once his team was working on the flat roof and trying to trace where a leak had originated from. He called us right away to inform what he found and what would be needed to fix properly and to get our approval to proceed. While we didn't love the change order and the increase in fees, Robert did his best to be fair and to work with us on the final bill. He also found matching shingles to the other 3/4 of the roof that wasn't getting replaced at this time and so thankfully it doesn't look weird that only 1/4 of the main roof and a flat roof was done while the rest waits for a few more years! Robert was knowledgeable, oversaw his team and what they were doing, was super responsive and kind. We went and checked everything out after his team was done and the area looked like no one had even been there (except the roof was new!). No mess anywhere, not even a stray nail. I would use this team again for sure and am so happy to have finally found a roofer that returns calls/texts, doesn't ghost, and does a thorough, professional job. Highly recommend. read more

After much research on roofers, I went with Allmax Roofing and am glad I did. Robert always responds quickly, provided a competitive quote with quality materials, and was great to work with, His workers are quick, efficient, and do top-notch work. I also needed chimney repairs which Robert provided the day before the roof was done. The roofers started at 7am, and completed by 4pm. I still can't believe the tear-off and new roof was completed in one day. Ground clean-up was excellent and you would never know they were there. I highly recommend Robert and Allmax for your roofing needs. read more

Robert and his crew did an amazing job installing 2 skylights on my home. The crew was professional, timely and I could not be happier. I called ALLMAX Roofing and Contracting on a Saturday morning. Robert Mark's, the owner returned my call within a couple of hours. Robert offered to come out on Sunday to take a look at the scope of the work. Robert offered a couple of different options for some soffit and fascia repair work. I'm a new home owner and I requested an Attic inspection to help with ventilation problems and consideration for getting new soffits. Robert was incredibly helpful on the phone providing detailed explanations as to how attics and roofs ventilate. He brainstormed ideas that could help, even though the fixes would not be through his company. He took it a step further and even offered to stop by my house to determine if the soffits needed replacement (they do not). Although Robert explained how I would not need to hire his company's services, he took the time to break things down on the phone and even come by to evaluate it in person. Robert has such a high level of integrity and care for even potential customers. I cannot thank him enough read more

Had recently discovered a leak in my garage. Robert was the first to get back to me and got out the day of to take a look. He not only fixed the problem, but showed me exactly what the problem was and what he did to fix it. He was very personable and professional, as well as very fair in pricing. Safe to say I have found my roofing company from here on out. Thanks again Robert. read more

Robert expressed care and concern with our issues. He took time to thoroughly investigate our issue, but also evaluate the quality and state of our roof. He took pictures and plenty of time to explain to explain to me the state of our roof before promptly giving us a fair quote for the scope of the work. I appreciated the effort and evidence he demonstrated, as well as the fair quote/price for the work, not to mention the quality of the work (he did more work than he quoted me for!). And they were quick and responsive to not only investigate and quote our roof work, but also to execute on the work. While we shouldn't need a new roof for another 10 years or so, we'll definitely circle back here when/as needed! read more

We requested several quotes on our roof issue. Robert was very responsive from first quote request through post work follow-up. He was very professional and even made a quick scheduling accommodation after a mutual miscommunication. Our chimney had been leaking for several years and past chimney repairs did not fix the issue. Robert quickly discovered several issues with the roof around the chimney. We experienced heavy rainfall within a day of the roof repairs and everything appears to be fixed. I highly recommend Allmax. read more

Great job. Very satisfied. Robert and his team removed an old cedar shake roof and installed a new roof and leaf guard gutters.
