A rep from Dilworth came out and put new rollers on the bottom of the door. It worked good until the next day when it didn't. I called the company and told them about it. My handyman was out a couple of days latter and I told him about the door. He went outside and opened a latch and put a screwdriver in and turned it a little. The height of the rollers were adjusted and the door slid perfectly. I called Dilworth and told them about that. I told them I didn't need new rollers. I just needed the door to be adjusted. They said someone would call me back. I called several times and they always had a lot of excuses. Nothing was done. I paid $480 for nothing.

I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. They only removed one window at a time and our house never got cold on a 33 degree day This was one of the best customer experiences for a project I have ever had.
