Whole process went through insurance which is the foundation of their model. 30-40k of work billed, they were super easy to communicate with while the main work was being done. Now a couple years removed we've been trying to get some little maintenance done as the roof has settled and it's been a months-long runaround. Literally some caulking that I just can't get to. Things they said they'd fix for free are now being charged for and I'm going to pay because I want it to be done with. They're near impossible to get commitments from and they don't follow through. Once the insurance money cashes your home is over in their eyes. There's another young homeowner or old person to hound. We did interact with some great people which is unfortunate for my overall sentiment. But their business model is clear and it's very frustrating. I will not be using them in the future for any housing needs.
