Things they said they'd fix for free are now being charged for and I'm going to pay because I want it to be done with. They're near impossible to get commitments from and they don't follow through. Once the insurance money cashes your home is over in their eyes. There's another young homeowner or old person to hound. We did interact with some great people which is unfortunate for my overall sentiment. But their business model is clear and it's very frustrating. I will not be using them in the future for any housing needs.

Levi called me back within minutes. He ended up talking with me for a good 15-20 minutes explaining everything about his company and what they do, how they charge, and the whole nine yards. After that conversation, I was confident that I wanted to go with Levi. He sent me the proposal/estimate the following morning. I was so impressed with everything at that point, I signed & sent back the agreement form right away. Levi then called me later in the day and scheduled our roofing to be done in the next 2 days. That had to be cancelled the day of installation (due to rain) and it was immediately rescheduled for the day after. All in all, our roof is absolutely beautiful. Service was outstanding. While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%.
