Brian, the person who answered the phone, was polite and helpful. He actually acted like he valued my business. Imagine that! He sent Nathan out, (Very polite and thorough as well) who walked around on my roof, took pictures, and let me know that it was just a nail that had backed out of the siding. Then he fixed it with zero charge. Here we were expecting a HUGE bill, because really, we wouldn't have known the difference. I was so impressed by the honesty and customer service of Nathan and his company that I asked if they do anything else. FYI siding, gutters, windows, doors. I know this sounds like I work there, but I am just so sick of ignorant, unhelpful, and dishonest service people, that I feel companies like this deserve a great review. So they call my home phone again the next day. No big deal, my husband is working and said please call my wife at (insert same number). This office lady was so mad saying "well this is the number you left us to contact you!" I said "But I texted you a cell phone number to use instead (still no big deal, just hang up and call that number so my husband can get back to work). I wish I could post the screen shot here of the message I got to my cell phone. It said " I hope you get the day you deserve you miserable bitc*h" Over asking her to call a different number, two separate times, nicely. Was not mad about it at all. I've had them come out to do some repairs on our siding a couple times…read more Most recently it was a bigger job because of poorly designed downspout in our original house design that was leading to water damage to cedar siding. These guys came out and found the problem, replaced the siding in a very professional manner, and corrected the downspout issue so that it feeds directly into the gutter. When they noticed that there was a greater degree of damage than initially identified, they were honest about it and gave me a new reasonable quote. They went above and beyond. This time it was Nehemiah and Kevin that came out. Highly recommend.

He then shakes my hand and says I will receive two quotes: an itemized repair quote (including flashing, siding pieces, and flat roof work) and a full roof replacement quote (with the flat section and flashing detailed separately). When the quote arrives, it is only for a full new roof. When the father contacts me on Yelp, I mention that I appreciate it but I am also waiting for the second quote. The father gets back to me and says the son now says the roof can't actually be repaired and there's only one quote. No explanation as to what changed in the 15 minutes between our face-to-face conversation and the quote. We will not be moving forward with this company. I genuinely hope other people have a better experience.
