Levi called me back within minutes. He ended up talking with me for a good 15-20 minutes explaining everything about his company and what they do, how they charge, and the whole nine yards. After that conversation, I was confident that I wanted to go with Levi. He sent me the proposal/estimate the following morning. I was so impressed with everything at that point, I signed & sent back the agreement form right away. Levi then called me later in the day and scheduled our roofing to be done in the next 2 days. That had to be cancelled the day of installation (due to rain) and it was immediately rescheduled for the day after. All in all, our roof is absolutely beautiful. Service was outstanding. The few times I called Levi's cell phone, he answered instantly greeting me by name. He really made me feel like he appreciated our business. I can say, without a doubt, that Levi & Mueller Roofing will be our roofing company for any of our future needs.

Did a really good job at cleaning up. Several of my neighbors commented to me as well that they were impressed at how well of a job they did. I also had 1 piece of aluminum fascia that needed replacement which they replaced and matched very well to existing that had been put up about 17 years ago. I sought out bids from multiple roofers, with Matt's being the most competitive, despite 1 of the other bids using exactly the same materials. Matt also has a greater detailed contract, spelling out clearly what's included, so you don't have to guess. Some of the other contracts I reviewed were not very complete, nor as professional looking. He has a very well rounded approach from start to finish and respectful as well. By the way, I am a Real Estate Appraiser for 45 years and have watched quite a few roofers. I never knew Matt before he did my roof. So, if someone asks me, I will have no problem recommending. Thank you Matt for a job well done. Don Martin, MartinAppraisals.com

Factual Warning: Incomplete Work and Communication Breakdown…read moreI contracted TTLC Inc. (Plainfield, IL - License #104019281) for a complete new roof installation on my property. Following the installation, multiple workmanship issues became apparent across the system. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via phone and text to have them address these issues under their workmanship obligations, TTLC Inc. has promised a reply and corrective actions but doesn't reach back out. Because the matter remains unresolved, I have filed formal consumer complaints with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and the Illinois Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Bureau. A local municipal building inspection is scheduled to evaluate the installation for building code compliance. I am sharing this review to factually document my experience with this contractor's post-installation customer service and lack of communication.

Just three months after moving in, we discovered mold and ongoing roof leaks. I reached out to Mortenson, and Andrew has been absolutely fantastic--responsive, helpful, and professional. The roofer who previously "fixed" the roof claimed it was impossible to identify the source of the leaks and recommended a complete roof replacement. Andrew immediately dismissed that idea, explaining that in most cases, the source of a leak *can* be found and repaired without resorting to an expensive full replacement. He quickly sent out his foreman, Julio, to evaluate the issue. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with--we're so glad we called him!

I have an old roof from 1947 on the house that most companies won't touch. I found Mortenson after some extensive research and frustration with other companies' suggestions for leaks I was experiencing when I first purchased my home. After replacement of sections of roof and some of my copper gutters that failed, I no longer have problems and they've saved me from having to have the whole roof replaced, which would be exorbitantly expensive. They've done a great job and always very professional. Not always the quickest to get out due to them being so busy, but when I have an emergency, they are there within days of calling. I have them come and inspect my roof every year and have had them come out for emergency tile replacement. Everyone I have dealt with -- from their estimator Ken to the various people who have worked on my roof (Joe, Matt and Julio) to people in the office (Diana and Andrew) -- has been great. I am VERY picky on who I let touch my house and they are the only ones I'll trust to work on my roof and gutters.
