The team worked hard to get the job done, even when weather was challenging. He responded to e-mails quickly, and showed that he knows how to deal with insurance claims seamlessly. Gerry was also able to get an electrician on site to address a pre-existing issue I had with some electrical outlets. In my experience, Gerry is a standup guy and his pricing is reasonable. Years later, the siding/soffit/fascia still looks like a fresh install and the attic is dry as a bone. No leaks to be found. No regrets with going with Adept.

Gerry Michaels was referred to us and it was a wonderful referral! We used his company, Adept Construction, and the job went as smoothly as possible. We changed our minds on some skylights and Gerry was great about making that change - his patience with us and his attitude was much appreciated! Gerry has referred other contractors to us for work we needed that he couldn't do for us, and he even got my husband the materials he needed so my husband could put up new fascia himself (my husband is very handy!). We thought that was above and beyond good service! Gerry was a great guy to work with and we would definitely recommend him and use him again if we had other work to get done that Adept Construction could do for us!

When the closing on the house sale dragged on FOREVER, he was reasonable and patient and had a good sense of humor about it. In the end, I was so glad I trusted him with my house.
