The second pic is the copper the new roofer installed (the same work that Lorenzo was referring to in the text message string). The new roofer also confirmed that was one source of water leaking in my attic. He also found another leaky section where the roof was caulked instead of flashed. More cutting corners. These resulted in water leaks in my attic, entry way and garage. And in response to Lorenzo's comment on what's included in the 30-page insurance estimate - flashing is on the list, including step flashing, which my new roofer commented was completely original and not replaced when Mr Reliable replaced the roof. Another thing he was paid for that didn't get done. READ YOUR ESTIMATES CAREFULLY - I didn't and Lorenzo took full advantage. Bottom line, my out of pocket cost to fix what Lorenzo didn't was $2,700. This doesn't include the dry wall repair and painting still needed in the interior. Not to mention potential mold remediation. If you're read this far - move on. Find someone else.

I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

They are terrible all around they were quick to pick up the checks once they got half of the full amount they were no were to be seen after me hounding them about when they were going to do the work. They started on the siding early in the morning got about half way before one of the guys from the company Brandon started saying there was asbestos in the siding underneath getting us all scared telling us we were going to have to leave. I should of listened to they guys when that were putting up the build that he was only doing this to get more money out of the insurance company I didn't listen and heard Brandon out and he told me he would take samples and let me know after a couple of weeks I found out there was nothing on the old siding no asbestos nothing that's the last I heard of Brandon I felt with another guy named David he tried helping me out and told me we would have the job completed soon but after a couple weeks the he same would give me the run around. I ended up contacting the owner Carlos at first he was pleasant calling me bro acting like my friend. So after almost a month of material sitting on my front lawn, my house half finished with the old siding he sends out a crew. The moment I saw the guy putting up the siding he laughed and said I told you there was no asbestos this guy was just trying to get more money. The guys finished with in 4 hours and left the gutters down the awning want out back did a terrible job. I call Carlos to ask him when he will send his crew back out to finish the roof and the rest of the work of this is were his attitude started to change after a few weeks I called him and he exploded on the phone tell to find some one else and I could nag to them at this point i told him that was fine and I would get a hold of my insurance company to get this taken care of. Here's where it gets shady we go to dig and find out why it was taking so long and we find out storm life restoration is not licensed in Indiana and they hired a completely different company to do the work on top of everything the other company forged my signature.Now we are stuck dealing with this nightmare because of this company. This company will not do the work them self's they will hire some else to do it.

We ordered a sliding door and installation through this company from a recommendation. Kevin was…read moreour salesperson and made the process very stressful and negative. When we first decided to go with this company, Kevin indicated it would take 6-8 weeks for us to get the door. 5.5 months later, we received our door. The time frame was one of the reasons we went with this company against another. Trying to get a hold of Kevin throughout these months was exhausting. There were many times he would not respond timely or would say he would call us at a day/time and he did not. Finally, when they arrived to install the door, we noticed there were no etching or grid lines which we discussed that we wanted. Kevin claims he does not remember this conversation, but I remember him explaining how you cannot have both blinds in the door and etching/grid lines. As a result, we are going to just keep the door as is since it is a he said/she said and we do not want to wait another 6 months for a door. We are settling at this point. We had to continue to get the owner involved (who was very helpful) and the installation personnel was great as well. Just a shame that our salesperson did not pay attention or treat us with the time and attention we deserved throughout the process. Maybe then, we would have had the door we expected/wanted. We would not work this company again.
